The company USE to be top notch. Not so much anymore. All I can say is triple check your order, but even if it's right there's a good chance they forgot to program a motor or have the wrong motor in a properly labeled and taped box.

I have been working with Aces for over 12 years now. I have always enjoyed the relationship I have built with the my TM. They are knowledgeable and respond quickly to my need. Both Tim Dehn and Vince Hine are easy to work with. Having one number to a direct contact is so much easier and quicker then having to call a pool of individuals and hope you get the 'good' one. They "TRIED" to screw me out of 8 hours a week for about 10 weeks. I got mine.

I needed my system cleaned because the airflow was becoming inefficient. Srv Tech was prompt and friendly... but that's the ONLY positive thing I can say. He was here for about 4hrs, part of which he was gone... SOMEWHERE! Whatever he did, made the situation worse!! Now my AC is running 24/7 non-stop and the inside temperature averages 87°+ !!! My electric bill has increased 25% since they "fixed" it!! The situation is UNBEARABLE! I was screwed over for $1000 !! Now I can only hope for cooler weather soon because I can't afford another Co. to come out and fix it CORRECTLY!!
