Excellent Company, great maners and quality work ethics.

Don't waste your time with this company, they have no idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE or PUNCTUALITY means. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have!
-
Terrible. They didn't show up for their appointment on a Saturday, so I went without air conditioning during the weekend. When I called Monday to figure out what was going on he said he'd try to get me in for the next appointment later in the week. Very rude and unreliable.
-
Assigned to me by my home warranty company. Arrived on time for both appointments. Were very kind, and professional. The most important thing is that my a/c was repaired in a timely fashion, and functions far better now than in the previous year. Very grateful.

Added Freon without checking for a leak (even after I asked) and wanted to come back & charge me to check for a coolant leak. Changed price until he could get $. House still over 85 degrees! Out $850.

Unfortunately I've had to use several AC companies in SA area as Home Warranty selects who we use. This company was very responsive and communicated our issue well. Customer service was very good even when I called for another issue. I would recommend 4 seasons.

The owner/operator along with "Johny" a 9 yr seasoned tech came out this morning and looked over my outside units. Diagnosed low freon for upstairs unit. Filled R22 freon, this is old stuff being phased out due to ozone impact, 2 lbs. Explained if leaks out over next few months they would need to do leak test on unit (last time i had units serviced was 5-6 yrs ago and freon filled at that time 3-4 lbs). My units are old (15+ yrs). May need replacing in future. Both were pleasant, professional and explained in layman's terms what they were doing, what I needed to watch for and what possibly to be prepared for in future.

Company is rude and does not fix what the issue is. Only wants to collect your money. I've been without AC since Wednesday and he came and didnt properly assess the problem. I informed that there was most likely a leak bc this was 3rd person to come out and he said "we don't do that." The earliest he could come bk to fix what he should've fix the 1st time was almost a week later. Granted this is who my home warranty referred me to. Would NEVER recommend them. I went with another company....AC Express is simply the best!!!

Careful with this company. My AC unit went out and my warranty company sent them over. I needed an entire unit and the warranty company sent them the unit. They initially told me there would be an extra charge to 4 Season's because they told the warranty company that they needed to do modifications. I asked what type and the owner Jerry a straight crook called and said he needed to change duct work to fit new system. I said ok come by. They scheduled me three different times and failed to show up each time. I was without AC for a month and I'm calling them and my warranty company but warranty company kept saying that that Jerry from 4 SEASON'S was telling them I was the issue why they hadn't gone by. He sent a worker exactly a month later and the worker tells me they only needed to pull the ac unit and put the new one which was the exact same one as the old one. No modifications were done but they wouldn't do the work until I paid. I finally agreed just to finally get AC. Bottom line they are crooks who charge for work they don't do. Nothing from my doctor work was changed. I made a formal complain with my warranty company and I'm will burn them every site I can. 🖕🏻Jerry

If I could give zero stars, I would! They are rude, don't show up or answer the phone and when they do show up the workmanship is horrible. After the install in a brand new house we found water running down the inside of the wall, pan leaking and overflowing. All the tape on duct seams was falling off and flapping from the air leaking out the joints. Never use this company!!!

Jerry runs his company very sub par. had 4 season dispatched through my insurance company in July. showed up to the house and immediately told me to contact cps. CPS came out told me to get a REAL company out, so i did that and called a REAL company and it was fixed. No use in letting this company service your air conditioning. now in October insurance company is telling me i did not pay deductible luckily i was able to find a copy of the receipt. Jerry did not let me talk to his accounting department probably cause it doesn't exist. I would recommend using a different company besides 4 seasons.

This business is extremely unprofessional. Spent 3 min looking at our AC issue and said it was fixed. Of course it was not and had to call them back the next day. They scheduled for a day later, then asked to reschedule. Then again asked to reschedule . Then did not show at scheduled time and had to call they said they were running 3 hours behind. Then again did not show at scheduled time and when we called because they kept changing the time he said he would no longer provide the service and hung up on me. Then screened any attempts to call back. Would not recommend this business.

Horrible, horrible company. They were referred to us by American Home Shield. We put in the call for service on a Saturday and they did not come to our house until Tuesday. When you call their number you can only leave a message-you don't speak to a live person. The techs who came to our house spoke disrespectfully to my husband (calling him Papa) and tried to say that our entire air conditioning system had to be replaced (including the interior unit that had been replaced 1 1/2 years earlier.) They have no concept of what good customer service is and be attentive and responsive when it is 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees in our house. I'll be cancelling our policy with American Home Shield-they should not do business with crooks like this.

This individual has consistently provided exceptional assistance. On both occasions, their conduct has been characterized by respect and professionalism. They have effectively communicated all necessary information, ensuring a thorough understanding. Moreover, their diligent efforts have resulted in successful outcomes. It is worth noting that their performance surpassed that of the initial technician sent by our warranty company. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.

Walked into the house one day to a nasty chemical smell. I could only assume it was the refrigerant leaking from the inside unit's evaporator coils. A friend recommended 4 Seasons so I gave them a call. Jerry came out the next morning to assess the situation, and agreed it was the coils leaking. Due to the amount of rust, they couldn't be repaired, and had to be replaced. Jerry worked with me to get an affordable price for parts and labor, and he set up an appointment to get the job done a couple mornings later. His installer Abel came out promptly at 8AM, spent 2.5 hrs installing the new coils, and was out in time for me to get to work for the rest of the day. Two days later we realized the AC unit was leaking water, so I went up to check it out. The drain pan was FULL of water, and I assumed the new coils were blocking the pan's drain line. I called Jerry again, and he had Abel back out the very next morning. Abel checked it out, and found the drain line was actually plugged up, and did his best to clear it out without plumber's tools. Jerry and Abel's customer service and professionalism was great, as well as their ability to fit us into their busy schedule with such an important issue. I recommend them highly. Thanks guys!

Awful experience. My home warranty company sent these techs to my home to service our air conditioning unit. After issuing the work order on July 2, we heard nothing from the company. I called them multiple times on the 3rd. No one picked up. I called my warranty company. They said they had submitted the work order to 4 Seasons because 4 Seasons listed themselves as "available" in their system, but even though July 3rd was a working weekday, I received no call. We finally were put on the schedule for Monday.
They came and examined my unit, which was humming but the fan blade was not spinning, and they told me it was just low on freon. They put in the freon, kickstarted the machine, and charged me $75 dollars. I was surprised as I knew my unit needed more service beyond the immediate repair. I told them I was interested in a drain line flush, having the coils cleaned, etc. They said "Call us again in 60-90 days when it's not so hot" (paraphrasing slight, here, can't remember exactly the words but that's the gist). I was bemused that they wouldn't want to get more work out of the job. They left. This was at 12pm.
By 1:50 pm, my AC unit was dead again. I went out to check it. Again, the unit was humming but the blade was not spinning, just like before. The yard by the unit REEKED of nail polish remover, and I know enough to know that either means they spilled freon in my yard, or there was a leak in my system. I called. No answer, so I left a message. I also emailed describing this urgent problem. No reply to that email ever came, but the company did call me back. They said there was nothing they could do that day but they would come back the next day (Today, Tuesday 7/72020) to see what the problem was. I was not thrilled, but I accepted. The appointment was for between 10am and 11am.
What I ALSO did was call several reputable companies I knew. Everyone one of them picked up on the first ring and offered great customer service. One was able to fit us in for today, with one day's notice. I scheduled them for between 2-4pm. A few hours after that call, a live person called me again to confirm.
Jump to this morning. 9:30 am rolls around and I sit waiting for the call from 4 Seasons that they are on the way. I wait. 10am comes. I wait. 10:30. I wait. 10:45, my wife asks me, "Weren't the techs supposed to come back out between 10 and 11?" "Yep," I said.
They never showed, never called.
Who did call? My home warranty company, at 11:26, letting me know that the techs called them and said "They were no longer able to do the job. They didn't say why." They wanted to know if I wanted to transfer the job to another company.
No, I said, since everyone they've ever sent to my home has been of poor quality. I had a suspicion of this happening and had hired my own people to come out.
Thankfully, the warranty company apologized and assured me they would cover the trade fee of the company I hired to come out.
4 Seasons never even bothered to give me a courtesy call that they weren't coming. I do NOT recommend this company at all. If your home warranty company wants to send them out, ask for someone else or just save your time and money and hire someone who will actually do the job and give you good communication/customer service. Very disappointed and frustrated. -
My home warranty company sent them out for a service call. The communication and workmanship was awful. I was given tentative appointment times, and they promised a call 30 before arrival. All I got was calls asking why nobody was there when they "might arrive in the morning". Communication issues aside, the work was very subpar. I was told my coil was at 43 degrees when the air handler was never opened to check. My compressor was replaced, but the AC has been running constantly since and I've seen no improvement in cooling. I took it upon myself to clean the coils, and while disassembling the outdoor unit cover to get to the coils, I noticed that they taped the capacitor leads for the compressor instead of terminating the wires, shoved the capacitor in the box it came in, and closed the wire enclosure to cover up the shoddy work. They seemed friendly enough, and I had considered keeping their contact info for future service after my home warranty expired, but after seeing their work for myself, 4 Seasons will NOT be working on my AC in the future.

Still waiting on a part I'm going on the 3rd weekend without a/c. They don't call give updates and when I call they don't know anything just make excuses.
