Ivan has been so helpful with maintenance on my ac for over a yr, he fixed a unit i was told i would have to replace. He is always timely with scheduling and very professional, you can tell he takes pride in his work.

My daughter gave me Ivan's number when I texted her that our A/C was out. She texted him and within a hr he was knocking on my door. He quickly replaced the motor and told us that we didn't need the part another company put on that day. Will highly recommend Ivan !

A/C went out on a Saturday evening at 5pm . I called around to several places to get repaired. Long story short I was stood up . I called Candor and spoke with Ivan at 9pm on a Saturday night . He was over that night and had us back up and running. The service and professionalism were great and will strongly recommend Ivan and team Candor to anyone in need of a great company!

Ivan was excellent. I called him at 6PM due to our AC not working and he showed up less than 20 minutes later. He quickly identified the problem and rectified it. All while being helpful and professional.

Ivan came to diagnose my AC. The previous company wrongly wired my thermostat and he told me the truth about what was wrong without trying to make me buy a new part. He only charged me the $90 diagnostic fee. Someone who won't lie to you is invaluable. Thanks Ivan!

Ivan was a great help. With these power outages we have had Feb 2021 our breaker gave out. I was told crazy things by other A/C Techs in the past and Ivan was quickly able to get me taken care of. Shortly after I called him the power went out again. I am sure he was already home but when the power came back on he came over and quickly fixed the issue to get the heater working again. He also answered all my questions and showed me that what others have told me was wrong. Thank you Ivan for helping out my family and I.

We called Candor to go out to my Aunt's house for a second opinion. She had gotten a quote from a well known company here in town and they were suggesting she needed to replace her entire unit. It was going to be well over $10,000 to replace. When I called, Ivan was very professional and told me he would go over and take a look. He was able to simply clean the outside of the unit and replace a small part and the unit was cooling right away. I appreciated his honesty, and timeliness and his communication was great. So happy we called Candor for that second opinion!!

He has helped me diagnose issues with my HVAC and performed repairs as well as helped me install a new smart thermostat in my home. Great customer service and great work! Called Ivan for a second opinion due to first company saying there was no repair and we needed a new HVAC for $14K! Ivan came same day and let my husband and I know we only needed a good cleaning and to replace a part! In less than 24 hours we had working AC again!

This business is top-tier!! He has helped me troubleshoot my AC system when two other companies, one a big name in town, had tried to upsell me and or not even address the issue. Fantasic service, I couldn't understand why our AC unit wouldn't turn on, check all normal issues, including breakers and thermostat. Ivan came to my house with 1 hour and had issue resolved with 60 seconds. Overflow sensor had tripped. Cleared line and fixed sensor. I will be definitely using this company again!
