11/26/25:
It’s our Fall Heater Check Up Time! Our Maintenance Technician Diego did a very thorough job in checking out the performance of both heat units. Very informative of future maintenance to be done to keep units and heat running accurately and safely. Very pleased with Diego and his work. Very pleased with SA Specialties for all AC, Heat, Plumbing, Office staff and Technicians.
Definitely recommend SA Specialties for AC, Heat, and Plumbing!!

6/25/25:
SA Specialties is our “go to” Company for all AC&Heater issues - from installation of new units, duct work, etc.. On 6/20 Tech Newton came to determine why part of house was warmer than other side of house (we have 2 units to control temperature in house). He immediately diagnosed issue with outside fan motor - needed to be replaced. Great job Newton!
On 6/24 Tech Chris Skinner replaced fan motor. Immediate difference in coolness of side of house unit controls! Great job Chris!

4/7/25:
We used SA Specialties for installation of our new AC/Heat Units (2) and new duct work. Excellent job done and reasonable pricing. We continue to use SA Specialties for spring and fall check ups to ensure units are working properly. We will continue to use SA Specialties for any issues with AC and Heat.

We are now using SA Specialties for Plumbing issues. Tiene and Kory have both been to our home for plumbing repair. Both men do an excellent job!

Definitely recommend SA Specialties for AC/ Heat and Plumbing service! Great customer service!!

Tracy is awesome! He’s so friendly and he let me know what was happening and kept me posted on what he was looking at and what my options will be. I appreciated how he let me know my options and what would be best for my home. He’s the best and although I’ll need a new unit, I know I’m in good hands with Tracy and SA Specialties.

It was time for our regular maintenance. While Phil was working he mentioned an add-on device that would quiet the sound of the compressor when it kicks in. My dog's kennel is nearby so I was interested. He had one of the units in the truck and had it installed in under an hour. It is noticeably quieter. Good job to Phil for bringing it up.

would not recommend to anyone sales man sold me things my house didn’t even need, that made me lose my trust with this company. He sat there and lied to my face telling me my house was in deep need of the products i purchased when my home was perfectly fine. nothing but a scam. such an unprofessional company.

Diego the technician came to service the unit for fall maintenance and did a great job. He found a sensor part that was failing (CO sensor) and ordered a replacement.
Phil Rivera came that same week to replace the part and was quick and through. Also recommended a filter added to the unit and those techs came within an hour and was all completed.

I trust SA specialties and use them for AC replacement to maintenance. Diego has been the technician that has come the last few times. He always does a thorough job. He is friendly and thoughtful and provides knowledgeable feedback.

I had SA Specialties install a complete new AC and furnace under a promotional deal. The entire experience was smooth and straightforward, without upselling or hassle. The day of the installation, I received a call from the office prior to their arrival. Two different crews arrived early and completed the install within 4 hours. Jeremy and his team were all friendly, professional, and respectful of the home. Price, quality, professionalism are top notch. 100% would recommend.

Diego was great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the system. He thoroughlly cleaned the condenser and checked the ac and heater functions. He even replaced a weak capacitor on the condenser unit.

Didn't pay anything for the service it was covered under the maintenance plan.

Ripoff. Paid for new toyllite put in really bad. Call after call they final sent someone out to fix it! But didn't. One of their employees came out to see why the toilet i had just bought didn't flush and rock back and forth. Was not even caulked. The person who replaced it had to break it to get it out. He noticed that the wax ring was shot. But he didn't have one in his toilet truck????
The employee who came to fix his work just put shims in so it wouldn't rick and caulked the base.
I asked what about the Ring you where suppose to bring? He again informed me it was a special order ring. I told him I had one in my shed. He informed me it would cost 2 to 3 thousand dollars for him to replace it even if used mine???
More than I paid SA Specialates for the brand new toilet.

BE AWARE THEY ARE A SCAM

Raymond was extraordinary exceptional man who can to repair my ac unit. I have had to cal numerous times for machine cutting off due to water flow not running properly and each time I was encouraged to purchase a pump mechanism for $2000 which I was trying to hold off and find a better way to solve this issue. Hence my unit was installed NEW when I purchase this place. Raymond unscrewed the vent and said first off the drain pipe is not angle correctly. He immediately took care of that issue and now I shouldn’t have any more problems. If I do it’s probably further down the pipes when they built this building but I’m so pleased and will highly recommend Raymond for any future work. He is honest and fair and we need more individuals like him. I can’t thank him enough.

First, after messaging SA Specialties, I received prompt, professional and cordial attention and I was scheduled for a technician to visit our home to check on the problem. That's real customer service! Now... Ray (the technician) was AWESOME! We'd been fighting a continually clogging A/C condensation drain line, seemingly forever. He came in and assessed the problem and in a very short time, PROBLEM SOLVED. He simply redid some PVC piping (that probably should've been already done) and then after the line clogged-up again, used some nitrogen to blow out some remaining algae from the pipe repositioning. He assured me that with periodic maintenance (warm water and vinegar) the headaches with our drain line should end. End of story? There was no charge assessed for this great service! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, RAY (also, service in the USMC) & SA SPECIALTIES!

Corey performed the regular maintenance today. Corey was thorough and explained each step of the process. I feel better informed about the A/C and furnace. I appreciate how SA Specialties works to keep the systems running and that the maintenance was built into the purchase price.

Jose did a great job with or winter maintenance check. Explained everything that he did and answered questions that we had. SA Specialties has a very professional staff and we are pleased with our unit.

We had our unit replaced by SA Specialties three years ago, and were nothing but pleased with the cost, service level, and friendliness of the techs! In fact, they installed it next day, and our next door neighbor got a new unit the following week. We just had our annual complimentary service completed by Kyle today. He was very friendly and helpful. Five star service all around!!

Phillip came out to my house late because one of our units is failing. He did a thorough assessment of our entire house and gave easy to understand explanations of the problems and gave several options to fix our issues. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain options thoroughly. We appreciate his going above and beyond!

We’ve had our HVAC system installed and serviced by SA Specialties for over two years now. We are very pleased. Luke was our tech today and he did a great job - answered all our questions and listed exactly what services were performed. We appreciated the attention to detail.

Luke, my tech, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and I was very satisfied with his work. I have the 10 year warranty that includes 2 a/c check ups a year for free.

Christopher B came to my business to diagnose my A/C system, which was not working. He quickly and accurately figured it out. Provided an estimate, then made the necessary repairs immediately. I also appreciated Christopher's honesty in this repair. He didn't try to sell me a new unit; instead, he quickly fixed my existing unit and provided an estimate for a new pump, which was old and weak and would likely be my next issue.

Tracy was very prompt and arrived within the time window provided. I received a call before his arrival, and he went over all the information clearly. He gave me three options, and I chose the one that best fit my budget. This is my third purchase with this company, and I’ll continue to use and recommend them to others.

Jose came out today for routine maintenance & was very thorough and explained all that he did. SA Specialties is the best! I recommend them to all my friends & neighbors. You can’t go wrong with their 10/10/10 warranty plan. We’ve also had new air ducts installed and solar attic fan.

Daniel just worked on my hvac unit and installed a new thermostat. While faced with a multitude of problems, Daniel persevered until the problem was resolved.
