Not only was I impressed with his competent expert exam of my AC unit (even climbing into my attic to assure its care and longevity), but I appreciated his politeness and patience in answering any questions I had. Excellent service from Diego! He literally checked EVERYTHING! Very thorough! Made recommendations (UV light for both units) and gave us info on both our units. We have just recently moved in and weren't sure which unit controlled which thermostat, etc. Diego also showed us some tips for the thermostat. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Diego was great! Arrived in the window planned and serviced my HVAC, checked attic solar fan and water heater. Orders replacement bulb for air purifier.

We have used this company for the past three years... since we bought our home. They are affordable and all of the workers are great. We had blown in insulation put in, a new ac unit downstairs and this time, we did a new ac unit upstairs and duct work and a new attic ladder. Ray J. was the last one that came to service our brand new ac unit and he was friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. All of the workers clean up after they're done and it so appreciated.

Rock Star service from SA Specialties again. Young man Corey showed did a fine job tuning up my AC system, it runs much quieter and runs faster than before. He found holes around the duct work and sealed all those up! He told me to occasionally pour vinegar in the AC drain line to keep it clog free, which I was having trouble with, with poor drain flow. Very honest and trustworthy company, I like them.

I purchased a brand new unit in 2024 and paid over 10k for it. They are quick to sell you a unit but it’s nearly impossible to get someone to come out to service it in a timely matter. They are not open on the weekends or late during the week. If you have a problem you have to wait days before someone can come look at it. Which means you are going days with no AC or heat. Save yourself the grief and go with a company who has same day service or are open on the weekends. I regret buying my unit from them. I spent one of the coldest weekends in San Antonio with no heat. Tech came out and told me to fix my breaker which I did and that did not resolve the issue so I called back and now I have to wait 4 days before someone can come back out. Ridiculous.

On 11-24-25, technician Diego Sandaval performed a fall maintenance check on our a/c unit. He conducted himself in a professional manner and was very informative. Diego was able to get us a new auto change thermostat since it was still under warranty when he spoke to management. Hope to see him for the spring check up! Thank you.

Installed a York HH8 and matching air handler. Had a faulty part from the factory and SA Specialties made it right! Got the part in and made the repair quickly. Have been with SA Specialties for years. They installed my unit for a very reasonable price and things have been working well since.

Their service has also been excellent. It’s easy to get appointment set up and all technicians are very courteous and professional. I just had Jose for another routine maintenance and he is no exception, arriving on time, providing honest and comprehensive information about my unit and the service, and keeping everything clean!

We bought our A/C system 4 years ago and we were very pleased with the entire process. Recently we started having issues abd since we bought a 10 year warranty, the parts and repairs were done without any issues. The last technician was very efficient and honest. Customer service is extremely professional an efficient as well. I highly recommend this company 100 percent.

Had my new system and ducts for over a year now. No complaints at all. The price they gave us was fantastic for a quality name brand system that reliable. They aren’t buying another companies AC unit and slapping their logo on it to fool you into thinking that they are the only ones who can service the unit…Ummmm Jon Wayne…. They did quality work with their install and were very efficient. I had an issue with a room getting a little too much air flow after the install. They came over to fix it right away. The tech who did the bi annual tune up recently, found a small leak in the roof that our roofers missed on a roof install we just had done. This saving us several headaches. They don’t try to up-sell you all the time, and their people just wanna get the work done right.

I have been without AC about fifty percent of the time in the last 3 weeks. They come and fix one thing and it works one , two or three days and then back to the unbearable heat. This is a unit they installed about three wears ago so the unit if fairly new. Last week they said it was the refrigerant line they replaced it at the cost of 1,85 dollars. Now it’s not cooling again. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. Hoping to save others from the headaches and intense summer heat.

We recently had our whole ac system replaced. I had about 4 companies give me quotes on a whole new system. 1 company 38k , 2nd company, 34, 3rd company 28k. Even tried to go through Costco but they were also up there in price. SA specialties was a no brainer to go with(i was skeptical with some eh reviews but i am Hopeful we won’t go through that).
Our system was 15 years old. House is 4300 sq ft. We had 3 ac units pretty much.
A rep salesman, Mike from SA specialties came and did a thorough analysis of my system. Showed me 3 options and explained VERY clearly to what we really needed replaced. He knew my budget and i did Not feel pressured at all with him. I feel He was really honest and didn’t try to add on anything. I felt Bad because it was pretty late and hot in the house, but we said yes and got the system installed the next day . From 9:30-1. Installers came and did their thing. Would definitely recommend. We got York horizontal units with dehumidifiers, WiFi thermostats, new furnace. Pictures showed is before and after . Love that the unit is VERY quiet and coincidentally matches our home. Attic area- they replaced furnace, drip pan, water sensors, and end box area. Would definitely recommend for sure. Don’t get over charged.
