I couldn't find any company that could beat the price on Enoch. Everyone from the sales department to the Technicians were courteous and knowledgeable about the Air Condition system and when it came to the installation Nemo and Axil they deserve a 5 star rating they answered all of my questions and installed the equipment very well i am recommending this company to all of my friends and family.

The install team did a great job. They showed up on time and were all friendly and professional. Finished the job in a timely manner. They explained the system and showed me how to program the new thermostat. They also made sure to put down tarps to protect the floor and cleaned up everything when they finished.

We had James come out to diagnose what was wrong with our AC when it stopped working. He was well within the time window and both texted and called me to let me know exactly when he’d get there. He was probably the nicest tech we’ve ever had come into our house and personally as a woman he didn’t try to only talk to my husband like many other people have. The price we were quoted seems fair and I really appreciated that he wasn’t pressuring us to agree to do everything right then and there.

Team Enoch installed my new HVAC unit on Monday,, Sept. 15. As promised they arrived between 6 am and 7 am and got right to work. I was very impressed with the technicians from Team Enoch. They were polite, professional, efficient, and answered all my questions. And they finished in under 8 hours! I would definitely give Team Enoch 5 stars!!

I had a great experience with Team Enoch plumbing. Their technicians Jacob and Merrick were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

They Installed a new Google Thermostat for me. The Technician arrived on time and had the Thermostat installed and running quickly. Technician was friendly and helpful setting up the app too.

I reduced my five-star rating to a two related to unsatisfactory work related to service contract.

I bought a new unit which they installed and I added my two older units under a service contract. The two older units were serviced per the contract on the Spring and I was told by Enoch today that blowing out the condensate lines was not included under the contract.

Unlike what I originally wrote in my initial review, I do not recommend Enoch HVAC services.

from the start, everything was fantastic. I’m a shopper and I shopped prices not just looking for the cheapest air conditioning system cause I wanted the best but I didn’t wanna pay top price. Thanks to Cameron. I got the top AC system a train with everything that I wanted on it at the price that I wanted to pay. Close to about $6000 less most competitors. He was outstanding, kept in touch with me and answered all my questions at all hours of the night. Then when it came time to install, Robert and Jourdan came to our house laid out a tarp was very clean efficient and had it done in half the time and did excellent work commend them too as well. I’m glad I chose to go with team Enoch versus any of the other guys

I have used Enoch twice now and have been pleasantly surprised both times. I was given an explanation for everything that was being done and why, given pricing up front, and proof of the problem all while the technician was being kind and professional. James was my technician both times and I’ll have him back everytime I can get him when I need service! I highly recommend Team Enoch to anyone …. Don’t believe the “Team” is just Enoch….I feel like they include me on the team because we work really well together!

James is a great tech. We just had him check for a gas leak. He was super thorough and even checked a few things he didn’t have to. Very polite and knowledgeable. I’m glad we had Enoch install our new AC unit!!

Even though he was only on site for a few minutes, he took the time to check everything carefully, explain what he found, and make sure I understood. I had a hot water heater go out. Weather issues pushed back the first installation date, but agree no one should be on the icy roads. Merick and Jacob arrived on time, very personable and worked quickly to get the job done. The price was more reasonable than other companies I got quotes from. Tim explained everything to me and got me a senior discount. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a very good job and were very helpful in making sure we were satisfied with their work. In my estimation they did provide a five star job.
