Aaron & Javier were able to fit us in earlier than our scheduled appointment and were prompt. They completed a thorough check of our HVAC system and took the time to explain what they did and what they found. They explained how their company works and their membership program, without being pushy salesmen. Javier took the extra time to see if he could program our thermostat.

My heating wasn’t working for a week and Aaron found the issue and fixed it so fast! I’ve got to say this is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. Towards the end of January, we had Honeycomb come out to assess our HVAC unit after seeing issues with it collecting water and in turn, building rust on the inside. While it worked fine, we felt it was a safety issue and wanted to get it repaired or possibly replaced. We have a home warranty in place but after they sent out multiple contractors that guaranteed they fixed it and the issue came back, or said it was an issue with the humidifier (which we later find out we didn’t actually have one 😒) rather than the HVAC unit, we realized we couldn’t rely on them to help us and did some research on our own to get the HVAC problem fixed.

From the moment I called Honeycomb, they have gone above and beyond to help us fix our HVAC system. Aaron initially came out and assessed the damage/work involved and was very respectful the whole time. Him and Omar came back later and gave us a couple different quotes/options in terms of the system and work involved, or to just repair the existing system. They also checked to see if our existing unit had been registered but it had not. We ultimately decided to go with the entire system replacement and once I made the decision they were able to do the work the next week. I think they were even able to fit me in the same week but it worked out for us to do it the following one. They were able to complete the work in just 2 days. They said they could do it in one day if we liked but they wouldn’t be able to leave until bedtime and we have young kids so decided they would finish the next day. They left us some temporary units to use overnight because it happened to be a warm day, which was really nice. Every worker that went through my home to help replace the unit was very nice and respectful.

I have been so happy with our new system so far and am glad we can rest easy knowing there are no issues with it. Brandon even followed up the next week to make sure I got the confirmation they had registered our new unit for us. Honeycomb registers the new unit so you don’t have to and you are covered if any issues arise while under warranty, which is so awesome. I will also have 2 years of maintenance and filters included as well, which gives me peace of mind knowing the unit will be well cared for.

After ALL of that, Honeycomb also sent me a gift basket of goodies thanking me for choosing them to replace my HVAC unit. This is an honest company that clearly cares about the work they do rather than just finishing the job and moving on to the next. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for anyone needing HVAC work done or for preventative maintenance.

Aaron and Javier were great. We had an AC malfunction and they were here the same day. Aaron explained everything they needed to do, with pictures of our unit to help. If you need AC work done I recommend Honeycomb. They do it right the first time and are very honest.

Our system went down hard in extremely hot weather on a holiday weekend, yet Trey took personal time to come and assess, offer options based upon my budget and needs. I had other quotes but none offered the pricing of the higher level tech products and trouble shooting of the existing system. Service was fast, courteous and transparent from pricing, tear down and install.
Have been in homebuilding for years and would not hesitate to recommend Honeycomb to my friends or clients.

Honeycomb heating and cooling came out and serviced my system. They were sent through Cps energy maintenance program. They were very costumer friendly, very professional and punctual . They explained every thing that was going to be done beforehand. They took before and after pics. They found a very small leak in my system . Tracked it down and itemized repairs needed. They cleaned all components serviced entire system . Charged up the system to correct readings.
Discounts to military and 1st responders. They will be back in two weeks to make sure all is still good . Highly recommend Aaron and Javier for your a/c heat needs.

Technician Aaron B. was personable and knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. He determined the fault and performed a good repair. The office staff took time to explain the estimate and possible options, but I had to ask.
