Eli was absolutely friendly and was excellent at his job. They showed me pictures of the before and after and I am truly amazed at a job well done. These guys were fast and courteous. The cost was reasonable considering I had never cleaned my AC before.

They did an excellent job and provided quality service. They are efficient and highly knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them. My son has asthma so they ensured our home was void of dust and animal hair from previous owners. Definitely would recommend and certainly willing to hire again if needed.

We had the wonderful experience meeting a young, hard working man, named Saar, from the company, SOEDUCTCLEANING, today. He cleaned and sanitize our home ducts and the drier vent. He was respectful, communicative, and explained everything before doing it. He showed me the movies of the planar box and discussed options and rates.
He called and informed me when he was on his way and he worked hard for three hours cleaning and sanitizing. We are very happy with the whole experience and the service.

Eli and another service technician arrived promptly for service. I decided to go ahead and upgrade the service appointment once learning our ducts had mildew present. He explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond for the cleaning and sanitization. He also explained the benefit of a UV light. I am very happy with the services he and SOE duct services provided and look forward to breathing cleaner air in the future.

We had a cleaning of dryer vents and ducts. They discovered mold showing us a video of what they saw and how to treat the issue. The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable explaining prices and options openly. He worked fast to clean and resolve issues even explaining the process. Overall great experience. I would recommend them to friends.

I can't, in good conscious, recommend this company to any home owner in San Antonio or Austin, Texas. They 'inspected' my HVAC system, supposedly found mold, that I stupidly didn't check myself, and were unprofessional when we refused their overpriced services. In the end, we accepted their services and they DRILLED A HOLE in our HVAC system and slapped a UV light in there. The service was $600. They have fooled and scammed me and I hope that this review helps prevent any other home owner from making the same mistake.

After replacing windows and whole new HVAC hired these pros to clean my ducts to solve my allergy crisis. Come to find out by way of them inspecting my system and deep cleaning solved all of my issues and now I am not dealing with allergies anymore inside my home. Very pleasant to work with and they showed my photos as they inspected and performed work. A+

SOE Services did an excellent job addressing our ducts necessary cleaning. The technician was courteous and professional. He clearly explained the cleaning and sanitizing processes. He took photos inside the ducts and identified a mold issue. The technician described the need for a sanitizing process and the installation of UV lights. After careful deliberation, he gave us a competitive price and completed the job. The technician's work was meticulous and organized. I inquired on a Sunday for a chimney inspection and quickly received a call to schedule an appointment. Eli came to our house and provided thorough information about our chimney. He then inspected our A/C ducts, where he identified mold and shifted his focus to addressing that issue. We were already aware of the condition of both the chimney and ducts, as we recently purchased our home a few months ago.

You will never use this company,
so disappointing clean air dust.
all they do just put spray on the pipe to make it feel sanitize but not clean out the dust from the air vent or cooling coil..I will put this to all neighbors and Google, yell, whatever website people search to not be rib off from fake people.
they coming back again still not say there is dust on the vent.

Eli came out to clean our ducts and dryer vent today. We ended up having some mold which I think is why we were having allergy issues as well as our pets. The house smells so clean now!
