Rafael and Guillermo were sent to replace our entire system. They were both very professional and after they uninstalled the old system they cleaned up after themselves. All of their work looks great! AC runs perfectly too! I would suggest these guys to anyone needing work done on their AC.

I called comfort connect air conditioning to get a second opinion after another company told me I had to replace my compressor. Technician ( Ruben ) showed up and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. The problem was a capacitor that cost a fraction of the price compared to $3000.00 that the other company quoted me to replace the compressor. Ruben had great customers service and explained what needed to be done and gave me the price before doing any repairs. I would definitely call comfort connect and refer to anyone in need of service.

Excellent customer service. The technicians were professional, prompt, and courteous. Ruben and his technicians are by far the best. We’ve used them on several occasions for our HVAC and furnace needs and service continues to be Exemplary.

The team did an amazing job with diagnosing, pricing, and repairing our AC system. The normal company I’ve used for the last ten years diagnosed one of the two issues, but tried to upsell us an entirely new system. Our realtor friend recommended Reuben and this company. For the diagnosis he confirmed a small leak in the coils three other technicians could not find and walked me through each step and explained what he saw. He also confirmed the other company’s diagnosis. The pricing for parts and labor was less than the previous quote. He ensured everything was ordered and promptly installed once everything was received. I am very happy with the service and communication every step of the way.

We reached out to SOE to clean my air ducts and the dryer vent. Both were very dirty (had not been cleaned in 8-10 years)
They sent 2 techs and were very fast and efficient on the cleanings.
Both were happy to explain their process and reasoning for everything they needed to do. The

Had them come for a air duct cleaning and they found mold in the hvac. They took care of it the same day and installed a ice light to help. When it came time for us to move they came and moved it for us at no extra charge. The gentleman was very nice and professional.
