I recently had a very old water heater replaced. Chris and Joey were the techs who did the install. They were awesome. They arrived at my residence on time, were extremely nice and professional, and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I appreciate all of their hard work. The new water heater is working just fine. Thanks to everyone at Premier Pros who I spoke to and encountered throughout this process.

Amazing service by everyone! You guys are great! Have dealt with other companies in the past but nothing compares to your customer service and work done! From the estimate that Ruben gave when he first came out to the work done by Jamil and Noah! Very professional all the way through. Ruben gave such a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and gave all options possible. Easy to make a decision to choose you guys because of that! Jamil and Noah worked so hard all day long! I don’t know how they did it. Amazing workers and very professional! Before the left they went over all work done and explained everything once more. Thank you for having such an amazing team! We had a faucet blockage and same day we requested assistance, Jonathan Salazar came out and took care of it. He also scheduled a full inspection to ensure there were no other issues for the same week. We didn't have to worry about scheduling. He was on-time, thorough and courteous. This has been the best plumbing company to date.

We had a great experience with John Wars from Premier Pros. He came out promptly, checked our unit thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what was going on with our system. We truly appreciate his time and service. Highly recommend Premier Pros and John!

Huge thanks to Premier Pros! Jonathan and Jack came out to fix a leaking bath faucet in our guest bathroom and knocked it out quickly. Super respectful, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was fixed right the first time. I’d definitely use them again.

Yesterday Johnathan came out to give an estimate in case any service was needed for my home. I had a leak fixed prior to his arrival but he took the time to carefully assess if further action needed to be taken. There were some minor fixes in other specific areas of my home but he talked me through them to understand how those could be repaired later. I appreciate how informative he was and especially how he spoke from honesty. I will definitely be returning to this company to service my central air system very soon! This company is very organized! They contact you in a very timely manner in case they weren’t able to answer. I had a call back right away and they also share a link to help track your technician as they make their way to you. Very cool!

We contacted Premier Pros to inspect a leak in our bathroom floor. Ruben and his assistant arrived and quickly assessed the issue that the leak was coming from inside the wall. Ruben cut a hold in the wall, exposing the leaky copper pipe. He explained the work to be performed and provided the cost estimate. Later that afternoon, Nohe and Jack arrived to repair the exposed leaky copper pipe and drain . Nohe completed the repairs late into the evening, left the work area neat and clean as well as explaining the next step. I now had running water once again. Jamil arrived this morning to repair the sheet rock patch. He performed tape, float, texture and painted the area. He was meticulous in his work and also left the area very clean. Kudos to the team Premier sent to my home, as they exceeded expectation, were easy to speak with and provided excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had Premier Plumbing come to my house on two occasions, Daniel Cantu did an excellent job identifying an HVAC leak and explaining the problem and solution to me in a way I understood it without feeling like I was being sold on an expensive solution. Jack Perez did a great job with my water heater that had not been drained in 5 years and was backed up with sediment. I will be using Premier Plumbing in the future for my home services.

Carlos, Jack H, Ruben and the office staff are amazing. I had to have my water softener replaced and they did a great job for a fair price. What really stood out was the information they gave me. They answered every question I asked about other issues I was having. They even gave me some great do it yourself ideas. I will not only use them again, I will promote them to anyone needing a plumbing service.

I want to express how pleased and grateful we are to a professional and courteous staff (Joey Noah Joseph John and Ruben) and business for the way they handled our escalated outside plumbing issue. It turned into a royal pain and they worked with us and arranged to find the real leak. They were more than fair on cost and spared no resource to get it fixed. plumbing issues are no short of being stressful but Premiere lessened the stress. We are grateful to this company. We hope that we remain satisfied with the work that was concluded. They have support as a satisfied customer. Kudos to Noah and Joey especially.

Exceptional workmanship on both plumbing and finish repairs. The team delivered efficient, clean and high-quality results. Cannot Recommend them enough. One night our washer machine overflowed, and there was water everywhere. We called Premier Pros and the next day we had technicians out to come look at our pipes. They discovered a root was growing in our main drainage pipe. We called around to other plumbers but came back to Premier as they were the fastest to respond and identified the problem correctly the first time; no other company was able to do so. They came out on a Monday and began working. Jack H. and Carlos were already trenching our backyard, setting marks for our new pipes and explaining everything in detail to us. Within a week we were able to use the washing machine, our sink and had new pipes that were backfilled. They had to cut into our concrete patio, dig 3-4ft for a large portion of our backyard and lay down new pipes, and did I mention this only took a week?! Jack H and Carlos were incredibly kind, took the time to explain what they were doing, were diligent, hardworking, and often working before I was even awake, and couldn’t hear a thing! Our home is now better than it was before and we can thank Jack and Carlos for that. You guys are incredible and I cannot recommend them enough, for any of your plumbing needs.

Our AC stop working at 7PM, outside temperatures in the mid 90's. Frank responded promptly to my emergency request, and as he reassured me, technicians Rafael and David were on time at our door at 8:30 . They were very efficient and with great professionalism diagnosed and solved the problem. They were very good at communicating, explaining the work they performed. I give them 10 stars!

We used Manual and Sons to install a new AC. I was highly impressed by the service we received. The work was done well, on time and the technicians were professional. The owner followed up to ensure we were happy with the service. I recommend them to anyone needing AC work!

I had extensive work done by this company and was repeatedly kept waiting HOURS after scheduled times for people to show up. The work seems ok, I am scheduling a 3d party to come check their work this week, but the unprofessional manner in which I was treated throughout this whole experience was disheartening. Multiple employees (one high ranking) were completely rude, even going so far as to attempting to berate me for legitimate issues I had with the air flow in my home. The actual installers were fine, they seem to be the best part of this company and I hope they’re being paid their worth. With the amount of positive reviews, I expected better treatment, and not a delayed response after those issues were repeatedly brought to attention of upper management. I have received little aftercare, but I’m not surprised. I would never choose this company again and I would caution anyone from calling them ever. I am still awaiting an itemized bill, their written warranties for work, and other paperwork.

I have no wish to further communicate about your alleged “standards”, but I do expect to receive the paperwork I have requested multiple times so I know what exactly was put in my home, since the original documents were completely incorrect. And if anyone reading this review would like to contact me and hear the truth, and the whole entire debacle, you can message me through this platform. I hate leaving bad reviews. But if it saves one person from going through the absolute hell brought on by this company’s “standards”, it will be worthwhile to have left. My expectation to have people arrive on time and be courteous was absolutely destroyed by “standards” that were demonstrated multiple times. It cost me valuable time and attention dealing with their mistakes when I should have been at the bedside of my grandmother. What should have been at most a two day project was extended into weeks as these people had every excuse under the sun to not want to properly finish the job. I could go on. And on. And yes, “not ideal”, but unfortunately, not untrue.

I called Manuel and Sons A/C Heating and Appliance after having a completely different company come out and do nothing for our home. Unlike the other company, they found the issue and took action! Rafa was our tech and he was polite,very knowledgeable and has awesome customer service! He got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself and was gone before we knew it. Ever since they did the insulation our home has been nice and cool for this Texas heat! Will definitely be calling again if I have any issues!

Manuel and sons came out late Friday night after my heater stopped working. They did beyond a great job and got my heater up and running in no time. They were In and out in about an hour and the heater is good as new! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs ac or heating fixed or installed! I will for sure use them for all my future ac and heating needs. Over all great guy and great service!

Manuel and Sons did a wonderful job on replacing my A/C unit. Frank Barron was the gentleman I spoke with he was very respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable about his profession. I would highly recommend Manuel and sons for any HVAC needs. I will definitely be using them in he future.

Manuel & Sons says that every customer should be treated like family, and they definitely made us feel that way. Our AC went out during a time when it was 95-100 every day so we couldn’t stay in the house. They got a technician out to us very quickly, followed up that evening to make sure everything was okay, and called again the next day to make sure we were all back home. Frank provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and the technicians were very thorough.
