We are customers for life, had a split pack installed last year, so when our 4 ton AC went out we knew exactly who to call. From start to finish, they were reasonable, honest, reliable, professional, experienced, clean, and gave us multiple options. Great to work with from the front office personnel to the technicians, you are in great hands. You definitely get what u pay for. Well worth it. To name a few.... Pablo, Marcus, Cory, and Ryan!

I purchased the Crockett package, American Standard with complete new air ducts & 2 extra vents. A team of 4 showed up at about 9:30 am to get started. The guys were very respectful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. (Ethan, Malachi, Jose & Hector) They started with the air ducts and then installed the air handler & condenser. They moved rather fast but they still didn’t finish until almost midnight. I really didn’t mind so long as everything was installed correctly since total cost was $36k. The next day we did find cracks in the ceiling from times they kept dropping something heavy. So, that’ll have to get fixed in the near future. Other than that, I’m satisfied with my new system. I see two punctures where air is leaking and that one duct can’t possibly have good airflow.

I was so very happy with Jon Wayne Service Company. The men were helpful & professional, & even their uniforms were so nice & on point! I had my big, old HVAC system replaced with a brand new one. I couldn't believe my entire entire HVAC installation/replacement only took a day! I feel confident my new HVAC system will keep me comfortable for many years to come, especially during our long, hot, Texas summers. I really appreciate the skilled, neat job the installers performed for us; the service men, Edwardo Yanez & Marcos Logan were great & the serviceman/sales associate Ryan Walker made ordering the job stress-free for me.

Our technician George Torres went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We had an issue with our ac unit and he found the problem right away. He was very thorough in checking all potential issues and even double checked other parts to ensure there was not going to be any surprise problems down the road at no charge. He was very direct with the issue and did not try to oversell me on any unnecessary fixings. We were on a tight financial budget and he helped us figure out a reasonable plan/option. His exemplary customer service was refreshing and very welcomed. We look forward to having him personally continue to help maintain our home. George represented the company well. It is because of George we are happy to call Jon Wayne Service again in the future for assistance.

Our water softener went out. Immediately I called Jon Wayne service company since they've taken care of our ac unit, mini splits, electrical and plumbing. Troy came out listened to our issue with existing softener and he also noticed other issues that could have caused my softener and washer valve to go out and recently flooded our laundry room. He wrote up his options that best suited our home and we couldn't say no.
Roger came out and installed our new softener and made upgrades that were needed I must say he was very professional and answered all of our questions and was very thorough with his work, very
knowledgeable and professional. Thank You to all Jon Wayne employees that handled this call.

Oh my goodness, I could not be happier than I am now. Anthony and his crew were outstanding in their job today. Totally tore out all the old duct work and replaced new throughout. We had so many leaks in the attic, this is where our $ were going to. The men (4) were very courteous, polite and informative about what they were doing. There were modifications made, larger vents for air and they cleaned up everything. After being here all day I know they were exhausted. Jon Wayne has wonderful men working for them. I would recommend Jon Wayne Service Co to anyone.

Jonathan and Jack did a great job locating the leaks, repairingr the leaks, and the sod was replaced like it was never dug up. Very professional job and would highly recommend this company for plumbing issues.

Just had my my toilet installed by Jacob from premiere plumbing. Jacob was very knowledgeable and personable, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and present me with options that would best suit my budget. I never felt as though i was being pressured and gave a fair price. He did a great job and the toilet looks great!. l will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues or bath remodeling. What an amazing company. My AC went out and I YouTubed all the possibilities. No luck. Called Premier PROS and within thirty minutes at my door. Thirty minutes later, problem identified John the HVAC Master tech was great, and knowledgeable. Definitely using them for all our plumbing and A/C needs.
