After struggling with unresolved HVAC issues, we reached out to USA Air on a friend’s recommendation. From the first interaction, USA Air demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism. Gina at the main office was warm and attentive, quickly arranging a next-day appointment with Aldo, who came prepared and well-briefed on our situation.

Aldo listened carefully, thoroughly inspected our existing system, and consulted with the owner, Robert Quiroz. They determined the existing system wasn’t adequate for our home and developed a plan for a new Trane 5-ton Heat Pump that would meet our needs. Gina promptly scheduled the installation as soon as the unit arrived, and the USA Air team was on-site the next day.

The crew was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home, working efficiently and leaving everything clean and tidy. They even made the inside of our 30-year-old air handler closet look brand new. Their attention to detail was so impressive that the city inspector, who came to check the installation, praised their work.

Owner Robert Quiroz took the time to explain the system setup and the reason behind his configuration choice, addressing our previous humidity and performance issues. He taught us how to use the thermostat and ensured we were comfortable with the equipment. He even followed up the next morning to see if we’d had a comfortable night’s sleep.

The team’s communication was exemplary, with Gina providing real-time updates by text. She kept us informed at every step, even noting when the crew went to lunch and returned. The direct, prompt communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
