Excelled in every aspect. I was in the market for a new Air Conditioning unit, after calling three different well known contractors, went with USA Air. They were at my house the next day and on time. Didn’t know much about A/C units, but Robert explained everything about them clearly. I explained to him that I needed a new unit that would be energy efficient. USA Air had Trane unit(15SEER) on deal, though they did not enforce anything on me that I did not want, instead gave me different option to choose from at an incredibly reasonable price. I ended up getting a Bosch 20SEER unit that I picked myself, which Robert installed at an astonishingly low price compared to other contractors. Best of all they did not charge me a single dime till they were complete with the installation and ready to step out the door after making sure I was happy with my install.
Very professional, on the day of installation came well prepared. They used shoe covers to make sure my carpet didn’t get dirty, put rugs inside the house where they needed to work and walk. The whole installation process took about 6 hrs.
Robert also helped me fill out CPS energy rebate form of $1000 for my particular unit.
I am very pleased with their service and will be using them in the future for my needs and also recommend them to everyone including family and friends.
About the Bosh IDS2.0 system that I had installed, it is a 4-5 ton out door compressor unit, with a 4 ton air handler and is one of the quietest system I have ever seen or heard, mostly unheard. I actually had to go up close to see wether it was running. It beats or is at par with the Trane’s best unit.

His expertise, professionalism, and honest recommendations for corrective action gave me confidence that my system is finally in good hands. Truly outstanding service!

Any issues with any appliances or installation you can blindly call USA Air . They are prompt and have a very reasonable pricing. They also stand behind their service. Any issues get resolved the same day or the next, utmost. Brian is an amazing guy. Very friendly, respectful and polite. He explains what he's doing and why all along the repair/installation process. After he's done working, he'll leave the place clean.
