After another AC guy installed the wrong part to fix our AC, Raul showed up quickly to get our AC working again. The problem was troubleshooted fast and the right part was installed.

Raul went above and beyond in helping us repair our outside a/c compressor. Unfortunately one part didn’t work and he replaced it and then took care of an additional problem. He arrived when he said he would, worked until everything was working great and all at a very reasonable price.

I've done several real estate projects and worked with a ton of HVAC companies and none of them have matched the service and professionalism of AirBro Mechanical. We did an interior extension of our home that required rerouting the ventilation system, he quoted us the fairest price and completed the job in the time that he promised! A few months later we queried him to find out why our home wasn't heating as well as it should despite the HVAC system running constantly and he easily identified our vent covers as the problem. He didn't upsell us, just quickly diagnose a problem and gave us excellent advice. The new vent covers made a world of difference. For the third job, we trusted him to replace our outdated thermostat to new Wi-Fi ones. He recommended a widely recognized brand ( again, no up sell) and arrived at the appointed time to install them. This was a year after our alarm system sent the technician out who told us replacing them was impossible due to the wiring of the system! I can't recommend these guys enough. I wish I had more work for them and other service providers in San Antonio had as much integrity and professionalism!
