This company is a joke. It seems like their only business is through American home Shield because they somehow were able to become vendors. They're business number is a personal cell that has a full inbox so you can't leave a message and if they do answer, it's a mumbled 'hello'. They didn't show on during their scheduled 3 hour time frame and never called or answered to let us know what time they would be to our home or if they were even showing up. There is no sense of urgency with this company; they took 4 days to submit a diagnostic to our warranty company, and that only happened with continuous calls. If you'd like your AC repaired in a timely manner or at all, call a different company.

I have been requesting their services for about four years. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and affordable prices.

Jesus and his team were great, he was out to look at my ac unit the same day. Quickly fixed the issue and got the unit back up and running.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company installed our system in a new build. Multiples issues since then including parts burning and melting. Absolutely no regards to the families living in these homes to be installing the way they do. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

2 years ago they instead ac unit all new they gave us 5 years of warranty now that is not working they don't answer we called 3 different numbers and nothing we gone to there location and nothing I regret hiring them.

(Do not hire them) They do not know nothing about Hvac My central air has not worked since he tired fixing it,there a boot leg wanna be company . They should be exposed to the public so everybody could know not to hire this guys ,cause the work they do is half ass ayour

Didnt hire yall but Maybe yall should learn how to drive. One of your drivers decided to cut me off so they could get in the turn lane to turn and then took off in the van driving recklessly. I mean driving recklessly in a company vehicle doesn't give off a good impression of your company. Just sayin

Don’t not do business with this company! They will take your money and not complete the job. I had to hire another company to do they job there got paid to do but did not complete. Other company showed me all the flaws in there workmanship. There positive reviews are from there employees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Stopped by and asked an employee if he had a small set screw I could buy from him so he proceeded to go get a bucket with screws when the junkyard dog came out of the house and started flailing her arms and telling her employee we don’t have any and that’s it . Never again will they get any business of mine or anyone I’m going to tell
