It’s been over a week since they have been here and haven’t submitted a diagnosis report to ahs. It 27 degrees out here and my family is without a heater because they can’t finish their job so i can get an electrician out here to fix the problem. I have a 10 month old here without heat because this company or ahs can’t get it right. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolute dumpster fire of customer experience, totally not professional, not responsive, poor quality of build. Other options should be %100 considered, if you have anything with ACs or heaters.

This company does not have any sort of customer service. They talk down to women and act as if they are annoyed by taking phone calls. They blame the customer for the A/C not working properly. When the mistake was an actual installer mess up. Tell your home builder not to use this companty.

If you like terrible customer service and poor quality work, this is the company for you. They can’t install systems properly or follow through with a warranty claims. I can’t say it enough, don’t do business with this company if you value your hard earned cash.

I have been calling and leaving voice mail every 30 minutes but there has been no response at all. I had a 10am appointment that YOU set but no one has arrived. NO ONE HAS CALLED TO CONFIRM OR REPORT THAT THEY ARE RUNNING LATE. NO ONE HAS EVEN HAD THE PROFESSIONALISM TO ADMIT THEY FORGOT THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE. NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED. NO ONE WILL EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY VOICE MAIL. I also left messages using the app. I haven't received acknowledgement from that either. If i could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They have had us on hold for a MONTH with no AC, a disabled person and a newborn baby I the house. The ONLY reason I don't just go with someone else is that our home warranty company chose this company and sent them our parts for our AC, which they are holding hostage. Do NOT use this company. Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration!!

My contractor used this company to install the hvac in my new home and it has been a nightmare from the beginning—a week after moving in, the heater wouldn’t work because it was wired incorrectly. Now, in the middle of summer my ac quit working because there was too much Freon in the outside unit. I am still waiting for my warranty documents, and EVERY time I’ve called I’ve been treated horribly. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY!!! Worst customer service ever and they don’t know anything about hvac repair!!
