I will definitely refer Longhorn air to friends and family. They came on a Saturday evening when our air stopped working. My husband liked him so much that he had him back out for routine maintenance.

What a great service company! I had 4 other companys come out and all they were interested in was selling me a new unit. Albert came and had the unit purring like a kitten in 30 minutes with a great price! THANK YOU!

Longhorn Air Solutions is the only company I use and recommend. I had new mini splits installed. They are so professional and clean! They also didn’t leave until the job was done. I still get follow ups from them and they come to the house whenever I need the units checked.

I don't recommend. Zero stars!! They send out employees that don't know what they are doing. I shouldn't have to tell the technician how to do his job, when he can't figure it out. Then he had to call his supervisor to ask for help. The supervisor talked to me on the phone told me what he thought wrong. Then never called back to let me know if he could the part to fix the problem and what the cost will be. I will never use this company for any a/c work. Very unprofessional, and they don't care about the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Find a company that will help you.

My ac went down in the middle of summer a few years ago. Called the major companies you see on tv and they all stated they could come to my house in a week or more. I did a google search and found Longhorn Air Solutions - they came to my house that evening. Within a couple of days, less than a week, they had installed a new ac system in my house. Fast forward four years and my ac went down. I called Longhorn Air Solutions and they ordered a part then got it up and running. Thank you Longhorn Air Solutions!!!

We have been doing business with Albert since 2017. He has always been very prompt to help whenever we have a problem. Last summer we had an air conditioning problem he fixed it still didn't seem to be cooling so he came back to our house and checked out everything that could possibly be wrong. He then looked under our house and noticed a duct was down under the house so he crawled under our house in the heat and reattached the duct. We felt like he went over and beyond the call of duty.
Albert is honest and trustworthy with fair pricing and he stands behind his work. You couldn't ask for better service and dependably.

Great service today! The technician did an awesome job tuning up my system, also let me know the refrigerant was low and charged a reasonable fee. I definitely would recommend them!

Albert installed our AC back in 2021 and from start to finish he was amazing and very professional. Fast forward to 2025 he does our cleanings and is always available for any questions we have and is always available to help as quick as he can. Longhorn replaced the blower motor on my heater this week and did a great job. My technician was on time, ordered the part, ensured my warranty was honored and repaired the unit right the first time.

Tom is a complete professional. Great communication and responsiveness. First time I called him in 2022, he came out repeatedly to help me and unit ran without issues for 3 years. I called him again this week and he came out next afternoon in less than 12 hrs and had the part replaced the next day. Could not recommend him and Sylvia more!

What a great experience to have Tom Pleva, Matt, and Terry come and install my new Bosch AC/Heat pump system. They showed up when they promised (a little early, actually), they worked hard from the time they arrived until they were done. The entire job was done within 6 hours. Tom stayed after to fully explain everything we needed to know about the outside unit, the new thermostat, and room sensors. He even registered the new system with Bosch for us. The 10 yr parts/10 yrs labor is great, plus they provide a 2-year maintenance plan included with the system. I got four separate quotes. Pleva's price was comparable to the others, but for the service provided and everything that was included, it was a no-brainer. I wish more businesses were like this. I highly recommend Pleva AC & Heat. Thanks Tom!

2 years ago, I needed to replace my units (inside and out). Tom came and gave me quotes on several different options. For the cost, I was able to get a higher end unit and still not pay 1/2 of what the big companies wanted. I chose a Bosch. Came with a 2 year maintenance and 10 year parts and labor.

Just after 2 years, late in the evening, I noticed my fan wasn't coming on. Opened the cabinet and found my unit was sweating. Opened the unit and found the board was fried. I texted Tom immediately and sent him a picture of the board. He was able to get a new board installed the very next morning, bright and early. (Just had to wait for the parts department to open.)

I appreciate Tom so much for his prompt response and how he handled my problem.

Tom is great! We had A/C issues, and another company came out and worked on it twice. Still having problems, so a friend recommended Pleva AC & Heat. He came out and fixed our AC while also undoing the mess the other company had made. I highly recommend Pleva to anyone. Prices are very reasonable, way cheaper than the other companies that try to nickel and dime you for all their silly fees. Pleva AC & Heat is top-notch.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to share this experience. I am beyond grateful and genuinely touched by the incredible service I received. My AC went out late in the evening, and I was expecting to wait until the next day—or longer—for help. But the owner himself showed up at 10pm, with a kind attitude and a sense of urgency that meant the world to me.

Not only did he give me a fair and honest price, but he also included a warranty, which gave me peace of mind. He got everything fixed quickly and efficiently, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving.

Absolutely stellar service. Came out within 2 hrs of us calling them, art was friendly and quick. We were originally told by a different company that we needed to replace an entire condenser, art quickly diagnosed our issue and we didn’t need to replace it. Just refill it with Freon, without his honesty and expertise we would’ve spent thousands. We can’t thank them enough and will continue to use them in the future while referring them to anyone in need of a/c services 👍🏼
