I called to schedule an appointment to have my AC system checked (serviced), as we prepare to enter the brutal summer months here in San Antonio. I was quoted a price of $49 over the phone and Tom came out yesterday and spent an hour and a half here providing a very thorough check of the system, while explaining to me the "what" & "why" he was doing along the way which I very much appreciate. As much as I was pleased with the service he provided (that and in itself was reason enough to call on him again), I was more impressed with the professionalism-candor-patience-insight - AND - honesty. Over the years I've had to call on skilled labor before, and unfortunately - it hasn't always been a "positive" experience. Tom is an exception. Here's to hoping he becomes the rule.

We are very pleased with the work that Mr. Pleva did for us. Initially our call was to assess an issue with our old AC unit leaking from evaporating coil. He was honest about our issue. Given the AC unit’s age, a repair would only serve as a bandaid and chances will continue to have issues. Something other companies did not mentioned. He provided us with a quote for a new unit with installation that was very reasonable compared to other estimates. The work was done very fast and efficiently.
