Tom came out on very short notice when our AC stopped cooling today, diagnosed and fixed our AC getting us cool again. I feel he is honest, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced without a diagnostic/service call trip fee which these days is unheard of. I have been burned by people/companies and don't trust many people anymore until they prove trustworthiness by following through in doing what they say or what they are supposed to do. I usually analyze jobs/compare prices, but I didn't feel the need to because I felt comfortable. Mr. Pleva was breath of fresh air and was thorough.

We purchased an AC unit from Tom last year they were so quick and professional they gave us a great deal on it. It has been working great with no issues. We have another old AC unit that was leaking water and Tom came the same day and within minutes he had it running and working again. I scheduled a regular tune up for my home AC, but two days prior to my scheduled appointment, my AC stopped working. I called Pleva AC & Heating to let them know that it will not be a tune up but it might be a repair. Without me having to even ask, they informed me that they will send a tech out immediately to check on the issue. The tech, Art, arrived within an hour to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the unit which was nearly 20 years old had seen its useful life and was beyond repair. Art told me the owner Mr. Tom Pleva would come by and discuss replacement options with me. Mr. Pleva came that very same evening. He is very knowledgeable and gave me 5 different pricing options and explained the pros and cons of each one that really helped me make a informed decision without any upselling or pressure. Once I made that decision, the next day Mr. Pleva and his team arrived exactly at the scheduled time and within half a day completed the install. On top of that, he also helped me fill out all the required paperwork to submit my HVAC rebate application with CPS gave me a full tutorial about how to use the phone app that controls the new thermostat. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Pleva AC & Heat. The team was very professional and when they left, they cleaned everything up and left the place better than when they arrived! I have no hesitation at all in recommending them for all your AC and heating needs. Easy 5 stars!

Over a week ago our AC went out. We reach out out to multiple ac companies for an estimate. Saw Pleva was rated well on next door. Called them out for an estimate. They were out within 24 hours. Gave us a quote we couldn't refuse. Cheaper than the other estimates for the same equipment. Not only was he cheaper but he brought me and my family a portable AC later that day to hold us over till the install. We were blown away.
