Our central air unit went out and we had to save to replace it. Started calling around and had some not so good ppl come out. We had a previous experience with a airod rep that left a good impression but we had lost their information, we finally found them and caled them up. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience. Unfortunately we needed to have our unit replaced but we knew that, he came out and in about 4 hours they were done. Very, very reasonable. Would definitely reccommend them. Thanks for everything guys!

The owner, Dustin, is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional and he really makes you feel like everything is going to be taken care of. Mondo has come out for various things, most recently to seal up on old crawl space that has been leaking. Part of it seemed inaccessible, but mondo approached it in an unconventional way and solved the problem! He also did GREAT drywall repair. You almost can't tell her had to go through there.

I needed a new 4 ton hvac system installed and had already been quoted a much higher price by other companies. Dustin and his team came in and installed the new system early on saturday morning by noon they were done and we were enjoying the cool air. Needed a complete replacement of our HVAC system (condenser and air handler). These guys are no nonsense, no upselling, just came out and provided a free quote that was fairly priced and could even shuffle me in next day! Showed up on time, got to work right away and worked diligently to remove the old system and install the new system. They are absolute professionals and know their stuff, they made quick work of everything! Dustin (the owner) even showed up halfway through the install to make sure everything was going okay and to shake my hand; it's the little things like that that I appreciate about small businesses!

There was a problem with our Nest thermostat so we had to order a new one. They hooked me up with another thermostat in the meantime, and then they came back out, free of charge, to hook up the new Nest once it arrived.

I'd absolutely recommend Airod and will keep them in my phone for any future HVAC maintenance I need!

Very happy with AIROD! They were my 2nd opinion call, and I'm very glad I went with them. They were immediately responsive, saved me over $2,000 on the previous quote from one of the larger companies in the area, and did a great job installing and showing us how to maintain the new unit. My house is now super cool and dry - a huge difference from before. Very glad I found them. I'll be telling anyone with HVAC issues to check with these guys before going to one of the bigger name companies.

I called Dustin after my compressor quit working. He was couteous, professional and spent a lot of time explaining to me. I had asked numerous other a/c companies but could not find out with the knowledge and professionalism of Dustin. His prices were very reasonable and to top it off he sacrificed his evening to come install the condenser unit at 8pm the same evening. He completed the install and made sure the unit performed as per manufacturer. He left at 12:30am. He will always be my go to guy from this point forward. Thank you Dustin for a job well done.

I called Dustin by recommendation of a friend of ours. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, needing our entire HVAC system replaced from the ducts to the condenser. Dustin came out, looked at everything we had, including climbing under our house in the horrible crawl space (most people I have had our here look down there and say "nope"). The quote was excellent! Just to be smart shoppers we called a second HVAC company out. Not only was he too scared to get under our house, he did not have the time or resources to tackle a job of this magnitude. He told us Dustin's quote was really good and we should use him.

The complete redesign and replacement of our system took him only 2 days. The handler had to be removed from under the house and relocated inside. What surprised me the most was he removed and took our old handler with him!! It was horrible and full of mold. What a relief I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Nice to find someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't take advantage of their customers by gouging the price. If you need something done, big or small, call him. He's the best.

Dustin arrived at my home in 15 min. The capacitor needed to be replaced and I was low on freon. Super nice guy. Had a fun conversation about planes.

We called Airod out to fix the AC because the original company used to build the house ran all of the ducts wrong. We called another big name company to give us an estimate to repair it and it was astronomical! The owner of Airod, Dustin Buchanan, was quick to come out and give us a free estimate that was literally a quarter of the price of the estimate from the big name company. He and his team did great work and got it done in one day. We are highly satisfied and will definitely use him again in the future!

We recently had 2 complete gas HVAC systems (a 3ton and 5ton) put in to replace our 20 and 40 year old units and they did an amazing job. I found Airod online and receive a quote fast and was the best price. The guys that installed the units were professional, careful and very knowledgeable. From Jackie in the office to the Technicians in the field (Armando was our technician), we had a great experience. I will refer this company to anyone.

Dustin and his team are very professional and when we shopped around for our outside A/C unit, their prices easily beat the competition. The technicians have great attention to detail and do a really good job on the installation. They also make sure to clean up everything when the job is done. So far they have installed our outside unit (1.5 years ago) and our inside unit (today) and we have been impressed both times.

Dustin and Airod are exceptional. They were half the price of the other guys, came the same day, installed and tested the new unit within 3 hours and were on their way. After doing research for an A/C contractor, I selected Airod Heating & Air Conditioning. I met Dustin and was very impressed with how he went about troubleshooting, explaining, replacing the failed component, and charging a very reasonable price. Later, I selected him to change out a heatpump system, as his price was absolutely unbeatable. I received a major brand system with full warranty. I am thankful that I found Airod, and plan to continue to use this company. They do good work without poking your eyeballs out.

Just want to thank airod air conditioning for fixing our ac. The guys just left my home been here since 1 pm installing our new 4 ton Carrier air handler. I thought the same thing. “ Prices are to good to be true”. They gave the best price in San Antonio. Not to mention I have a two story 2300 sq ft. My original unit was a 3 ton. And for my home should’ve been a 4 ton from the beginning. I recommend these guys if you need a repair or replacement. ( now I’m posting a picture because they had to make the hatch bigger. The builders did a horrible job on giving enough room to remove the system or even to add a new one. I guess they thought it was never going to need to be replaced). Definitely using them again.

If you are looking for anything HVAC related I wouldn’t hesitate to give this company a call. The outstanding service they provided me will keep me coming back for many years. I initially spoke with Dustin about my issues and within a day he had Mando out to my house with everything done up like it should’ve been 3 years ago. Our Lennox HVAC that was installed by Airtron is no longer under warranty because they never registered the products after they installed them. 5 year parts and labor gets extended to 10 years with product registration, EVERYONE DOES THIS in this industry....except for Airtron. NEVER use these people

edit: called and spoke to Laura as requested...she proceeded to lecture me on why Airtron did NOT register the unit. Clearly the negative reviews and overall 2.2 rating are here for a reason. If anyone needs a reputable company, feel free to contact me directly and I will get you in touch with my HVAC subs who actually know what they're doing

Mr. Paul Duenes came and serviced my unit. He was extremely professional and answered any questions I had. He also gave me tips about how to maintain my unit as I am a first time home owner and was curious. I will use this company again in the future and recommend it to anyone who has any HVAC needs.
