Sid and Nicholas came through for our tune-up and provided great service with clear and effective communication. Their work was thorough and ensured that our unit was ready for the spring and summer heat! Great tech’s make the business much more enjoyable and efficient with preventative maintenance and they were top notch.

We just have out HVAC system maintenanced by Emmanuel Williams and he was awesome. He was very perfessionel and nice. He told me everything he was going to do and walked me through everything as he was performing them. During this he was also very informative on how things work and what to look out for. He mentioned things previous technicians did not. He took his time with everything and didn't just rush through everything. He was by far one of the best Technician we had since being with Airtron. They really are lucky to have him working for them.

Our AC unit stopped working twice in one week in our new-build home. On the third service call, Jose Guerra came out, quickly identified the issue, and ordered a new blower motor. As soon as the part arrived a couple of days later, Jose returned, installed it, tested everything, and got our AC running perfectly again.
Communication and notifications from the entire team were thorough, fast, and professional throughout the process. We really appreciate the great service.

He was professional, friendly, attentive to detail, thorough, and communicative. He explained everything he did, took the time to look at the entire system, gave us tips, and was extremely personable. Jose Guerra did an outstanding job diagnosing and resolving an HVAC condensate drain issue at my home. He was extremely thorough, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the system. Jose carefully inspected the air handler and drain lines, explained exactly what was happening, and walked me through the root cause of the problem in a way that was easy to understand.

He took the time to test the system after the blockage was cleared to make sure everything was draining properly and working as it should. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to explain the situation rather than rushing through the visit.

Excellent service, highly professional, and very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Jose to anyone needing HVAC service.

Review Update:
It has now been two weeks since my husband left Laura a voicemail, and we still have not received a return call. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. Customer service has been extremely poor, with no accountability or effort toward resolution. Overall, the experience has been very unprofessional and disappointing.

I recently called Airtron to inspect my AC because I noticed a persistent freezer-like or sweet smell whenever it was running. This issue had been ongoing for a few weeks. When the technician, Mark, arrived, he found a small mold growth during his inspection. Instead of addressing the actual problem, he recommended purchasing an Ultra Max UV light.

Two days after the installation, we turned the AC back on, and the smell was still there. The technician installed the UV light behind the coil, even though the mold was located on the opposite side—meaning the UV light could never reach it. Rather than cleaning or treating the mold directly, he sold us a UV light that did nothing to resolve the issue.

I called Airtron to request a refund, but no one has followed up or offered any solution. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the failure to properly fix the problem. I would not recommend their services.

Beaver AC does not come out to sell you an over priced package like the chain AC companies do. They come out, fix your problem in a very timely and professional manor and done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely awesome! They arrived over an hour before they predicted, checked the system, repaired it, found a second problem and made sure that also got repaired the same day! The price was more than reasonable for both repairs and the repairman was courteous, professional and quick. I am very impressed with this business and would hire them again.
