this is a second report. Chance came out to my house once again to handle a problem and do the yearly AC maintenance. he had put in a Google smart thermostat about 6 months ago at that time Chance took all the time I needed to learn how to use the system
this time I needed him to double check and be sure I hadn't mistakenly set it to a temperature that was just too low at night. as always Chance took his time check everything and then reported back to me in detail. this young man has a great deal to be proud of. he is always kind considerate professional I always look forward to seeing him at my house. Thanks Chance and thanks AS for hiring such professional and nice people.

Chance was the repair person sent out to check to see why my Ac never responded to thermostat commands. He discovered the problem right away (user error) and educated me so that if I have the issue again, I am aware of whats going on. He also serviced the heating system so that when the cold front hits later today I can switch the AC off and use the heater. He was kind and courteous, so much so I've already recommended this company because of the excellent service provided. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Charlie is the best. He is always honest and never tries to sell you things you don’t need. He and his team work really hard and do their job for a fair price. He has worked on my systems for years and has never been anything but prompt, friendly and professional in everything he does. I cannot recommend him more highly for AC work.

Aire Serv was recommended to me by a friend, when my air went out and I was desperate and hot. Charlie came quickly and I believe he was very honest. My husband was out of town, and I did not feel as if he was trying to up sell me or give me the runaround. We ended up having to replace our whole system due to a leak and a large crack in system. Charlie was upfront with costs and they showed up early for our appointment for install. I am very happy with the service and quality of equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Air Serv of Stone Oak!

Charlie has been maintaining, updating and installing my A/C and heat for over 15 years. His team knows their stuff and are straightforward and honest. They work hard to gets things fixed right and fast so your house is always comfortable. I highly recommend these guys.

Chance was out to perform a summer inspection on our system. He was super friendly and gave us options to make our system more reliable, and efficient without being too pushy. My house is now cooling better than ever. Thank you Aireserv!

Our AC recently stopped working on a very hot day. I contacted our neighborhood Aire Serve for help. Chance Marquez was assigned as our repair technician. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, with a great attitude and demeanor. Chance quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a capacitor, inspected the remainder of our system, and completed everything within 30 minutes. The AC runs perfectly now. The Air Serv of Stone Oak team came to my house to install two units in one day. First class job and customer service. The price was right and ability to flex the day before to get a purification system was nothing short of exceptional. Great job...ask for Charlie!

He was friendly, fast & explained everything thoroughly about what the problems were & recommended replacing a the motor before hot summer temperatures, so the motor doesn’t give out completely during hotter conditions. I have known the Owner Mr Charlie Baker for 12 years & he replaced my whole unit in 2015 himself and did an excellent job & has serviced it on & off since then. I trust Mr Baker & his HVAC COMPANY to always give me quality service, that is honest & at a fair price. WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS!
STAY AWAY!!
We hired these guys to take a look at our ducting for our ac. We knew it had holes in it from it being old, leaking into the attic. David (one of the techs) gave us an estimate and we agreed to it. They told us it would take them all day to get it fixed. Took them no more than two hours. A week later, we come to find out that they did replace the ducting, only as far as you can see (small attic space), they didn't replace the ducting going into the kitchen AND they didn't replace the plenum coming out of the furnace, even though we were charged full price! Air was STILL leaking in the attic to the point it was colder in the attic than it was in the house. All they did was add massive amounts of foam sealant to cover it up instead of actually replacing it.. So we contacted the owner/manager named Charlie. He refunded us about $1000 and told us he would fix the plenum. Well he then turns around a day later and gives us an estimate of $3000 for work they should of done in the first place!! ALL THESE TWO DID WAS LIE TO US. If I didn't go up in the attic when I did, this company would of got away with my hard earned money.

Walked into a freezing office of 61 degrees at 9am. I made a call to the leasing management office and they referred me to Aire Serv of Stone Oak. I was able to get a same day appointment! Chance and Sage arrived a little after 2pm. They fixed the issue in under an hour! Remarkable service, professionalism and I am very pleased! My office is warm again. Thank you gentlemen.

Our technician was Charlie Baker. He was professional and friendly. He fix the problem right away. The service was excellent.

Called them yesterday to set up an appointment and got one for the next day. Chance M showed up early and I could tell he new AC. We immediately went to the condensers and he new the units I had, identified the age of the units and listened to what I told him about my issues. He was able to trouble shoot and resolve the issues We discussed. We discussed certain upgrades to help extend the longevity of the condensers and upon approval installed the devices in both condensers. I saw an immediate resolution to my primary problems.

He did a review of the air handlers and identified an issue in one of the units that could pose health risked. We upgraded both air handlers to sense fluid over flows and to automatically shut the air handlers down.

The quotes for the various issues were reasonable and he provided options for each issue.

I was able to select items now and come back to others later.

Chance was able to resolve all our issues except one that we will schedule next week. Just a great experience and I look forward to the next appointment.

Chance, the Aire Serv tech showed up in time and did a great job checking the system ,showed as pictures and recommended some prevented repairs.
We know him for years and we highly recommend him and Aire Serv.

He demonstrated knowledge and skill, and he worked with me and my home warranty company to quickly diagnose and solve an issue with my central air conditioning system.
