From start to finish and in terms of every aspect of this transaction, this was hands down the best customer experience I ever had with a contractor!

Last week my 16 year old upstairs unit was leaking water through the ceiling, I expected it to be just a clogged condensate line but it ended up being a free-on leak. I had this problem last year and I decided to have it recharged. However with R-22 being phased out and the extremely high replacement cost, I decided to get a new unit.

Since I come from a technical background I generally knew what was needed to get done and what improvements I wanted.

Charlie not only met my expectations, but by far exceeded them! He came up with creative common sense solutions to prevent another flood disaster in the attic and to improve air flow through the entire house. Since multiple upstairs rooms received only very little cool air.

He did not try to up-sale or pressure me into buying things I did not need. He only advised me on improvements that have worked for him and his family. Charlie also included the Remy filtration system and UV light bulbs plus the Nest control unit. My 4000sf home is not only reaching very cool temperatures in record time, but the air quality has also dramatically improved in less than 24 hours.
Filtration and air quality are very important to my family, since my in-laws live with us and suffer from respiratory illnesses. I'm happy to report that my mother-in-law's breathing problems and coughing fits have improved significantly. In addition, I was told that my father-in-law complained last night that he was "freezing to death" in his own room:)

Prior to signing on Aire Serv, I expressed my concerns about social distancing and face covers during the Covid-19 outbreak. Charlie and his team of extremely competent and polite technicians would wear face masks and gloves at all times in the house and maintained a very clean and quiet workplace during the 2 days they replaced both units.

Again, I want to thank Charlie for overall an outstanding experience and David for giving me detailed explanations on different aspects of my new unit; and also thanks to Josh and Chase who worked tirelessly through this entire process.

If you are looking for honest, hard working and competent ac technicians at a superb price point, look no further. Charlie is your guy!

This is the first time I have used Aire Serv. I have to admit, I was not familiar with the company prior to my air condenser unit failing. I was actually waiting to get my vehicle brakes checked and was on the phone calling various HVAC repair companies to try and get someone to go to my house to assess the issue. I was not having any luck, when another customer overheard me on the phone. He mentioned that Aire Serv is his go to for cooling and heating maintenance/repair and he spoke very highly of Aire Serv’s expertise, response time, and reasonable pricing. So, I decided to take a chance! And I was so glad I did! I had a great experience with Aire Serv! Starting with their customer call center who took my initial request and understood the urgency, to Charley Baker the repair technician who came to the house that same evening to assess the issue, to their office administrator who made sure my inquiries were quickly addressed, and especially to Chance Marquez the repair technician who literally spent several hours working at my home to make sure we weren’t without cool air another night! From my experience, Aire Serv has assembled a great team of employees!

They fixed our a/c unit when it wasn’t cooling on a Saturday. They sent a technician the same day we called them for repairs. James was very helpful! He did a great job, he explained the problem, and he showed us our blown capacitor on the outdoor unit. He was very neat and clean and even wore shoe covers when he was inside the house. James checked the unit in the attic and explained all of the services and options this company offers. We were very happy with this company.

The professional who was sent over, Josh Baker, was super knowledgeable and fixed the problem with my inside unit. He was super nice, professional, amiable and found and fixed the problems right away. He also presented solutions to all the questions my husband had via text. Husband was in meetings but Josh was able to answer all his questions. He was so patient. Aire Serve, please continue to hire professionals and wonderful techs as Josh Baker. I have dealt with other Aire Serve employees and let me tell you, all of your people are so nice!! Also, a shoutout to Annette in the office. She was super nice, funny and sweet. She was able to work with my time schedule and so was Josh.

David and James provided excellent service from the start. After being scammed by another company, and five days and $800 later of sitting in 86 degrees, Aire Serv of Stone Oak was recommended by a coworker, and the service was like night and day. David and James worked hard, and after just a few hours, I had cool air coming into my home. These guys were knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish.
