Brent was amazing! Put A/C unit went out and he came out within two hours of us calling him. It turned out our capacitor needed to be replaced and he was able to get us a better quality capacitor at an incredible reasonable price for labor and parts. I definitely recommend using them!

I had Chris M from Air & Plumbing Today come out to look at a noisy toilet at one of my rental properties. After a short inspection, he told me the pressure relief valve, expansion tank valve, and both toilet flusher valves all needed to be replaced — and quoted me over $2,200 for the job.

That seemed excessive, so I called another licensed plumber for a second opinion. The issue turned out to be nothing more than one bad flusher valve in a single toilet, which was replaced for $175 total. Problem completely solved.

This experience makes me question the honesty of Air & Plumbing Today’s pricing and recommendations. I’d strongly warn anyone to get a second opinion before agreeing to any of their repair quotes. It could save you thousands of dollars.

I can't recommend Air & Plumbing Today enough. Gus, Frank, and all of the guys that worked on replacing our A/C were incredible. They kept us informed all throughout the process.

After having several other companies come out and still not fix the problem, we were at our end. I asked around and was referred by several people to contact Air and Plumbing Today. I can’t say enough about this awesome team! Our AC went out and I called in the evening when most places were closed, not sure how soon I could get someone to come out. They sent Chris out right away. He thoroughly looked over everything and gave us solutions. He gave a detailed explanation and answered all our questions. He even took photos and sent us copies. We ended up needing a new unit and they came out next day and got it installed. Gus and Kevin were very professional and efficient in getting the new unit installed. They went over everything and sent pictures of the work they did. Chris even reached out after the work was done to make sure everything was good. Best decision we could have made! I wish we would have found them sooner!

I called for plumbing problems and they made an appointment immediately, showed up on time, explained everything they found and advised what I could do to solve the problem and gave me a quote. The work was thorough, timely and my problems were solved. I highly recommend these folks!

Beware. Prices are heavily marked up and they try to add services you don’t really need. The estimate I was provided included $525 for a thermostat installation. A quick google search showed the same thermostat at Walmart for $75. There’s no explanation for a $450 markup on a 30 minute thermostat installation. That’s 600%. To make matters worse I already had 2 functioning thermostats. In addition the estimate included $400 for a float switch replacement when my float switch was fully functioning. I could keep going and I have screenshots. In short, do not trust this company. I would post 0 stars if I could.

Justin and David were very friendly and professional. My dryer ducts were in need of cleaning and the team completed their work and cleaned up. I am very happy with the outcome.

One thing I can say is this company does care about their reputation and the service they provide , we had a rough patch at first.
I will say Matt Perry reached out to figure out the details and gave a lot of good information. He seems to be willing to go above and beyond to get things corrected to make their customers happy.

They were extremely fast (same day) at fixing and replacing an old water heater that was leaking. I had them replace my water softner as well which wasn't working anymore. They had both installed in hours! Also helped me connect with someone who could help with the water damage. Very good experience.

Michelle was excellent and she was soooo though and helpful! She did exceptional work, above and beyond, and made us feel so much better about our unit!!

Got recommended through a neighborhood Facebook page years ago and before they moved nearby. They replaced our ac system 4 years ago, done some plumbing repairs, and ac maintenance recommendations. They have good service and usually do their best to avoid charging us for something we dont need. Today our ac tech came by and was friendly, offered some advice and checked out our system to make sure it was working well. Turns out its good but needed some adjustments is all. These guys are all around great. Glad they're in my neighborhood.

Air & Plumbing Today was amazing. We’d had our unit serviced by a different company in May. In July it stopped working properly. When temperatures in the house just kept climbing, I posted to Facebook asking for help. The owner almost immediately replied and by that night (a Saturday) I had two window units to cool the house until I could resolve the issue. No charge, just genuinely caring for people. On Monday, the other company wanted to charge a substantial amount, even though their Tech had not properly done their job or communicated to me that there was an issue. I call Air & Plumbing today and they had a tech out to verify the issue, picked up the coils that had been damaged by the other company, and had a team of installers out that afternoon. They truly are amazing and quick. All reps were extremely friendly and we are grateful we made the change. I can’t recommend anyone as much as I do this company!

Excellent work. Not only have they replaced my entire HVAC system in the past flawlessly, but today they did a great job cleaning my dryer duct and replacing the exterior vent. Highly recommend. Very professional.

How about this for superb service, the Chris and Daniel team had an opening this morning and came early to fix my issue. I can't say enough great things about A & P. The team did a superb job. Many months ago, our water unexpectedly went out. I noticed a van working at a neighbor’s house and decided to check them out. While shopping around for a water softener, we were told by multiple companies that we’d likely need a new water heater as well. What started as a simple water heater issue quickly turned into a one-stop shop for everything we needed.

Forrest was the first to come out and assess the situation. He was incredibly professional, answered all of my questions—including comparisons to other companies—and made the whole process feel transparent and comfortable.

When it came time for the installation, Tatum and his teammate were just as impressive. They walked us through the water softener system and explained how to maintain the longevity of our new water heater. They even went above and beyond by fixing our side water spigot, which had been angled awkwardly and was difficult to use—they adjusted it to make it more convenient for us.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I especially appreciated the safety feature of receiving a photo of the technician who would be arriving at my door. For any future air and plumbing needs, this will absolutely be the first company I call. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a water line behind my refrigerator and a sound in the pipes. After a couple of attempts at troubleshooting (while being charged for each "fix"), they finally determined the sound in the pipes came from the pressure regulator. After replacing it, the problem was resolved initially. After paying over $1000, I am hearing the sound again. Every time they came out, I got charged for something that they thought would solve the problem but it didn't. I am disappointed since they had such good reviews.

Gus and his colleague were very kind, efficient, and thorough with the repair, install, and maintenance on my HVAC system. Both were very knowledgeable, took the time to educate me, and answer ALL of my questions/concerns. I have dealt with multiple HVAC companies in the past that weren’t terrible but they weren’t great either. Gus went above and beyond! I have found my go-to company for my HVAC needs going forward :)

Chris was determined to find the leak at my home today. His professional and relentlessness was appreciated. He explained everything he was doing and was respectful of my home. There was no charge for the service provided because he was unable to locate the source of the leak.
