9/1/205 -Within 1 hour of making an emergency call, an experienced technician arrived at my doorstep to help troubleshoot why my system was not cooling. After showing me the causes of my system not performing how it should, Matt P presented a multitude of options then performed a temporary fix to give us some relief for the night. I decided it was time to do a complete system replacement (19 year old system) and Matt made sure I made it on the schedule the following day, which happened to be Labor Day. The entire team, Kaylob N, Jon B, Justin D, David D, and Josh were amazing from start to finish. They were meticulous with their work and made sure everything was working in its entirety. I would 100% recommend them to anyone thats in dire need to get their HVAC system fixed ASAP.

11/9/2025-Plumbing dept came today to alleviate a ton on grease buildup in my pipes caused by the previous owners. Orlando and Angel came on a Sunday to take care of the issue, were thorough and showed me the pipes before and after they cleared the blockages. Top notch company, will keep calling them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

This company and it's employees are amazing! It's the hardest working crew I've ever witnessed. They are very professional, and when finished the supervisor came to do a final inspection. He was every bit as good as his crew. I highly recommend Air & Plumbing today.

These guys know their stuff! Highly recommend them for plumbing. We had a leak in our attic water heater, that we didn't even know about. It was the valve on the lower part. They could have easily said the whole water heater needed to be replaced, but they didn't. They replaced the valve, with copper instead of the plastic that was on there. Plus the 2 technicians that came out were super nice. So yeah, call them for your plumbing issues!

Want to give a shout out to the technician Forest, was very polite and upfront on everything he was doing. Told me what he found and what work had to be done. Definitely recommend him and hope to have him come out again if I ever need him.

Came in just a couple of hours after we had a kitchen sink leak. They checked out all the pipe work and the main sink Connection and were able to replace bad piping and added a new strainer. Always great service!

I can’t say enough good things about Roger R , Orlando E and Noah S . Roger explained everything, he was polite and knowledgeable. Orlando and Noah showed up and together they made repairs quickly. They cleaned up everything and the price was just right. Great crew will recommend and use again.

George and Orly came to my house to install a HVAC system. Orly was very professional, keep me updated with the installation process and answered all my questions no matter how trivial they may have been.

Jon and Alexander were amazing at installing our new inside and outside unit! They explained every step of the way and worked very hard from beginning to end. The whole process was outstanding. Our ac went out and they had someone out within the hour to diagnose and let us know what was needed. Fair and honest pricing and they even came out the next day to install. My parents used them in the past and they didn’t disappoint then or now. A great 12 year warranty and an amazing and competitive price!

I am very impressed with the follow-up service my husband and I received from Matt the GM, and his technician Alex. Jordan (he was great too) had come out about 3 months ago or so as we have been dealing with this ongoing issue with our thermostat and HVAC system that we thought had been resolved from a previous visit, but the same issue returned. Matt and Alex took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem and were able to come up with an effective solution. They explained everything clearly, were patient with our questions, and genuinely cared about making sure the issue was fixed correctly. Orlando did a great job helping us navigate our sewer line repairs and installation of our new, much loved, water heater. He made sure to explain everything in ways that made sense to us and showed us exactly what he was talking about, gave us different options and helped us to feel confident in our decisions for our family home. Frank came out to diagnose my 1.5 ton A/C today. He greeted me at the door, and explained how he was going to diagnose my system. He was professional and explained in simple terms, what all the data was that he gathered. He then explained all my options and recommendation. ZERO pressure. I didn't know the diagnostics was FREE! I did purchase a new system and the install has been scheduled. Highly recommend to my friends and family! UPDATE: Installation by Gus and Kevin was also top notch professional! They were 5 mins early so they can explain the process and unpack the equipment. I had the same experience with the installers, they explained the process in simple terms. They laid down floor covers/barriers we cautious with removing old equipment out of my house, and were and completed a picture perfect install. They explained the service cycle recommendations, and answer all my questions. I was shocked that they even vacuumed the areas they laid the barriers!!! like what?! That is what i call caring for your customers, that was something no one has ever done. That really sets you apart in my mind! I already recommended these guys to my friends and family. I called late in the afternoon around 3:15 and they arrived at my house within 45 minutes. One of my exteriors faucets had busted due to the cold weather. Endy B got it fixed within 15 minutes of getting here. The price was also very reasonable, would definitely recommend to anyone needing any HVAC or plumbing help.

What can I say about these guys? They are fantastic! Jacob and Orly stopped by to install a brand new unit I bought from the company at a truly great price. These were very kind, respectful and just really good guys. They walked thru everything they would be doing today. From the tarps , to the cleaning, they did, the smart system (I kept my NEST but they gave me the thermostat to the new system just in case). They took their time, which I appreciated so much. My brother, Jesse, also has a new unit thanks to them and a great experience and couldnt recommend them enough. Thanks also to the supervisors Josh and Matt who also explained in detail options, what’s wrong with the old unit and recommendations. Ireland was the first tech on the scene a few days ago (she’s fantastic and so smart! Described everything so that I, as a novice could understand). Love these guys!
