Great work and very thorough. Micheal is very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing and what I need to keep my air conditioner efficient.

Fast same day AC service & it was super hot here. Professional technician as thorough outside with AC unit & inside our steamy attic too. He never complained even when he found a giant hornet nest inside the unit. Neighbors on both sides of us have used them & feel just as satisfied.

Air 1st installed units 9 years ago in our new construction and serviced them ever since. Rarely more than same day and always less than 24 hours. Prices are always fair and reasonable. So far same technician for years with great knowledge of our units.

Michael Vega did an excellent job. Worked diligently to find the problem and communicated well. Company shows up when ot.saus they will, also a plus.

The plumbing wing of Air 1st was absolutely amazing. I'd closed on this house 10 days before the pipes burst. Neither insurance nor warranty wanted to touch me with a 10 foot stick. Air 1st's plumbing section turned what was a terrible event in a survivable one. They gave me an excellent quote and had a totally unlivable situation back up and running within a day, on January 4th, no less! Those poor guys worked well into the night but I'm grateful for everything they did. Despite my many questions and asks they made sure the job was done to my satisfaction (within reason), with a 5 year warranty. I don't say this lightly, but I've come to really trust them and if something comes up in the future.

Beware! Shop around! I was charged $3,000 for parts and labor that were covered under warranty. I was also promised a call back within 2 hours and did not receive a call. This company was highly recommended I am unsure why after we were over charged. It was repaired within hours by another company for less than half the price. The only reason for the 1 star is because they did show up within the appointment time.

I appreciate Homero, Mike, and Rolando. For their honesty and skilled work. I have been their customer ever since they
came to my house as contractors. I am proud to have seen them build a good family business and have a great reputation to back it up.

The technician was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and looked for every possible way to try to locate the part to the outside unit so we wouldn’t have to replace the compressor. We are very impressed and thankful with his work ethic. We are happy and satisfied and enjoying our cool house now. Also, when we first called A1st they came the same day. We will definitely pass on the testimony to our friends and large family.

Amazing team and professionals. They showed up within 1 hour of calling, sent me a text message with a picture of the guy coming, and he presented himself and the company in a very positive light. He was kind, friendly but above all knowledgeable. If you all ever get a chance to work with Jack, you will see what I mean. Thank you for your prompt service!

It was 95 degrees in my house. I called Airfirst, and they put me on their schedule that same day. Their technicians were informative, professional, and got my ac back up and running! I highly recommend them for your AC needs

Air 1st came to see what was the problem with outdoor unit after 445pm. Leaves without talking to me. I tried to call him and office. It was now after 5pm And nobody would answer. My dog had respiratory issues and was in severe distress and he died 😢 at 0500 the next morning waiting on air conditioner repairs. Later, that morning they arrive to continue to diagnosis the unit. It was a warranty repair.
Not even a compassionate response from the tech or manager. RIP Rufus.

Jesus was incredible! We contacted him late evening and he was there the next morning for a repair. Crushed it and got me up and running once more! Great work ethic!! 10/10 would book again

Mike was professional and looked into the problem with my AC unit n fixed it promptly , the next day. I appreciate that so that I don't have to wait too long to be without AC. Awesome job n affordable price. I highly recommend anyone to call Mike ;)!

Nelson and Austin are amazing! Our a/c went out on Thursday afternoon, I called Friday morning and they were out the same day to help us even though their schedule was already full! Our unit is older and they found the part we needed but it wouldn’t be in until Monday. Austin was able to do a temporary fix to get our unit up and running to help us over the weekend. They could have easily told us we needed to buy a new unit but they didn’t. Amazing trustworthy service!

Joseph Mancillas is the most knowledgeable, Trustworthy, talented, and intelligent technician I have ever experienced in my 73 years. Absolutely brilliant!!

We noticed the fan outside not working and the AC was not cooling. First thing I thought was to call Carlos and Thermo Techs. Very happy he came today as soon as he could. Doubled checked and made sure there was only one issue. All I can say is that we have cool air again.

Love Thermo Techs! Awesome service and a great price. They limped my old AC a long as long as they could, and then put my new one in. Have done a great job with annual service as well. : )
