I've been doing business with Thermo Techs for years now, ever since they installed my Trane system over 7 years ago. They offer great services including installation, repairs, and tune-ups. In the new era of COVID they practice safety protocols and are flexible at scheduling work at your convenience. Great people and service why look anywhere else.

Carlos was very thorough in explaining the issues that were causing the problems. His recommendations and expertise had us out of the heat in no time. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Very professional and punctual with time given of arrival. He explained the process of what he was doing and what he was going to do. He also explained ways of extending the life of your unit and how/why routine maintenance should be done. Had him install a new central air unit. Highly recommend from family and friends who have used his service before. Will definitely being using him for future service.

SUNDAY morning we woke up with no AC I called 10 "24 hour" service companies, no response .
Although Thermo Techs were busy they made sure to get my AC up and running before the end of the day.
The technician was very upfront and honest he showed me exactly what was wrong and tested the faulty part in my presence. He made additional recommendations for future maintenance and I felt very comfortable with the proposal.

I was expecting a huge repair bill and would have paid it but I was surprised to see a fair price for a Sunday repair.

Carlos from Thermo techs is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We have older units and the team has helped us in several after hours heating and cooling emergencies. They also do an excellent job of seasonal maintenance.
