Lexie was fantastic. Gave my ac a good cleaning and helped take care of a wasp nest nearby. Will definitely use them for Hvac repair in the future.

We purchased a home and within 2 months our AC broke. called ambient solutions and they were able to be here within an hour. received free service quote in which was the most reasonable but we later realized that we had home warranty and went that route due to our current budget but will definitely be using their service if needed again.

What a great company! Dave came out on a weekend and went the extra mile to find the problem with my floor furnace. Came back the following day with the part and got it done with no problem at a reasonable price. This company knows their stuff from the representative who answered the phone to the technician these folks are first rate! Highly recommended!

We are fortunate to have the same tech every visit. Derek Smolka, is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I asked for a quote for blown-in insulation and I had it within a few hours of him leaving the service site.

My wife wants Byron to wear a superman outfit because he saved us tens of thousands of dollars by looking at the system for the problem and not for reasons to sell us a new one. We were told our unit was too old and worn out to consider fixing. Byron came out to give a second opinion and found the problem to be the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and that was it. The system cooled the house down to 70 degrees within a few minutes and is blowing 50 degree air out of the ducts. I will definitely be using Dilmak for all my future AC needs.

My ac technician Derek Smolka is the reason why I have stayed with Dilmak Heating and AC. He first came to my house about 2-3 years ago in the summer and got my ac running at a fair cost when it mattered the most, during the Texas (SA) summer. Ever since then Derek is very thorough, knowledgeable and breaks down my needs in a simplified manner that made sense to me. Even though I still had a half year left on my 3 year service contract with my installing ac company, I decided to go with Dilmak for all my ac needs. Not just because of Derek because all of their employees have been great but he’s the main reason. Thank you Derek!
