Very professional service tech and amazing customer service. I had an urgent request and I received multiple calls to schedule a service tech out within hours. The issue has been resolved and I am extremely satisfied with the Air Dynamics team. I highly recommend this company to service your HAVC system.

Awesome experience. My AC went put at 5 pm on a friday before the holiday and it was 100 degrees outside. I called around 7 pm and within 2 hours their professional technician had the system patched up to make it through the night. He returned with the necessary parts the next morning at 10 am and resolved all issues. I highly recommend this company.

I am not the type to write a review but this company was amazing! They went above and beyond making sure our AC was working perfectly and quietly. They had to replace the outside unit and stayed until almost 11:00 pm on a Friday night completing the job because they knew I'm pregnant and we have two young children. Jose was professional, courteous, and did everything he could to ensure we are happy with our AC system. His customer service is truly unmatched. I will never use another company.

Great experience! Was able to schedule service through Yelp while on a conference call in the evening. Team responded within minutes and I had a technician at our door within about an hour, SAME day! WOW! Plus, they were able to fix the problem that evening for a fair price. Very impressed and will be calling them in the future should we need any other AC repairs in the future!

I scheduled an AC summer maintenance and Jovany was here in the time range for the appointment. He was courteous, professional and answered all the questions I had. I almost bought a thermostat before the visit thinking that was the issue however he discovered it wasn’t necessary after he inspected the outside unit and the furnace. That save me some money and I truly appreciate their honesty. This is the only AC company I will suggest to any of my family and friends. Air Dynamics is absolutely the best!

I am attempting to sell my late father’s home. The air conditioning unit began icing during the open house and the unit had to be shut down when it was 103 outside. I called the company my father had a service contract with. 10 days before they can send someone out. I live 2000 miles away and began to panic, especially because this company said I had to be there in person when their tech arrived. Seriously?!? The realtor suggested I call Air Dynamics.

A incredibly polite person answered the phone, took my information, and let me know someone would be out later that day! The tech arrived during the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. Genuinely kind and professional staff. I would highly recommend Air Dynamics to anyone.

My AC broke and, because I work during the day, I was having a hard time finding anyone willing to come in the evening on short-notice. Everywhere was saying it would be at least a day before they could come out, unless it was during the hours of 8-12 (meaning I’d have to call in to work). Anyone who lives in Texas knows a broken AC can get pretty miserable pretty fast, so unfortunately another day wasn’t going to work! I called Air Dynamics Mechanical and asked if anyone could come out that evening (it was already nearly 7pm). Their answer? “Sure! I could get someone there within the hour if that works.” I thought I might be charged a huge fee for a late service call or for one so immediate, but I wasn’t. They had the same flat diagnostic rate that all the other companies had quoted. They called me and texted me to let me know they were on their way and which technician I should expect.
Michael Lopez, the tech they sent, was perfect. He was courteous, efficient, and informative. He had the machine working in minutes and then quickly and carefully repaired what had caused the shut down. They gave me a complimentary 30 day warranty on the repair and he was on his way By 8:30pm. The repair costs were fair and I am just so grateful and impressed with my experience with them from beginning to end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Since ADM installed the system that services the residence (10 years +) where I live, I have relied on them for whatever repair is necessary. They have never disappointed me. Great service

I am so grateful to Joseph at Air Dynamics!!! I had my AC stop cooling on a Saturday and knew I’d probably have to wait until the week to find someone who wouldn’t charge an arm and a leg to come out. Wrong! Joseph answered the call, told me he had one person ahead of me so I knew when to expect him. He called on his way over, which was approximately three or less hours from when I called. To me, that is AMAZING service on a hot July weekend!!! He explained the very reasonable service call charge but said it would be waived if I had work done. He immediately was able to figure out what was wrong. He not only was on top of fixing it, but he took the time to explain everything and educate me along the way. His enthusiasm and natural ability to teach as he worked was above and beyond. I now know way more than I did before and he was here maybe 20 minutes. Half of that was talking about awesome restaurants to go to and his family. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for fast, fair, and SUPER friendly service! I will definitely be using your company again as well as referring you to friends and family.

Was in a bind when my 19 year old AC stopped working due to leaking evaporator coil. I called Mike to replace my existing unit with a new, more efficient unit. He was very quick with the quote, and was able to install the new unit on the first day I had available. His price was very reasonable, his crew was very professional, courteous, and on time. I would highly recommend his services for any AC work and will definitely use him again in the future!

Was having trouble with A/C unit called Dynamics office ,employee Mike was at my home within the hour. Great service and extremely professional this is my third time using this company always excellent. First time they installed new unit into rental property two years ago. Second time referred my sister she bought new unit and has been extremely satisfied. This last time my unit was working before going to sleep that night. I highly recommend this company. If you look at my reviews I almost never give 5 stars but they deserve it.

My upstairs water heater ruptured.
Tony & his team were at my house within an hour of my call. My dad brought the issue to my attention and also searched up a quote to ensure I wouldn’t be overcharged.

My A/C unit had stopped cooling on the Friday night before the long 4th of July weekend. Early Saturday morning, after an unpleasant night, I entered my need for an A/C system repair on the Air Dynamics Mechanical website. Giving the information requested in Chat, I set up a service call with text on my cell phone. About 45 minutes later, Anthony was at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me information on my options, and left to get parts. He soon returned as we agreed to complete the repair. The repair was finished within hours after my initial contact with Air Dynamics. I highly recommend Air Dynamics and give special thanks to Anthony. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, affordable, efficient, quick, and thorough are just a few adjectives that describe the service I got. I have never dealt with a better run service company.

My A/C Unit outside made a huge popping noise and what sounded like hissing and free on escaping from unit on Sunday. Thank you so much to Joseph for coming out quickly on a Sunday to help check and diagnose my Air Conditioner. I’m extremely happy and grateful that you were able to get the part quickly. Mike came to fix my Air Conditioner he was Awesome and Very knowledgeable. Technicians are punctual and very professional. I’m disappointed to see they have a good 4.9 out of 5 rating. ADM is a solid 10! If you are looking for honest, professional and quality service-these are your guys! I’ve had them come out and do work twice. Once they came out to take a look at AC system and another time to install an additional intake vent.

The first time I had them come out was after another company charged me $500 on a hot August day to replace my capacitor & that I needed to replace my entire system.

Last night I had a problem with the AC not coming on. It was after 9pm and I called. Rather than hop on the opportunity to make a buck, Mike patiently walked me through what turned out to be a tripped breaker over the phone and I was back in business.

Great experience!!!! Call this company! My AC was leaking. Vanessa worked me in quickly and kept me updated when the time changed. Mike and Berry were great. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He returned later that day, even coming late in the evening due to a delay at another job. They worked efficiently and were courteous. They explained the problem and how to fix it. They answered all my extra questions about the unit. Additionally, the price was excellent. It was much less then the other company quoted - the one that rescheduled on me 3 times 😣 before I found Air Dynamics. When they finished, they reminded me that they stand behind their work. Excellent company and I will absolutely use in the future for regular maintenance!
