We have an office building by The Pearl and Comfort Air has done a lot of work at our building. They have gone above and beyond making sure everything is working right and have been wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC work.

Watch your bills carefully. My last two experiences with Primo Plumbing the bills were way higher than they should have been. The first time the crew sat for an hour and, upon inquiry, I found out they were waiting on a call back about a part. Then it occurred to them to go to the shop, which they did. Upon return, the junior plumber incorrectly installed the new equipment. This was then corrected, but I was billed for the entirety of the time when they were waiting on the call back and the extra hour to repair the incorrect work. Called the office and the bill was fixed.

I then decided to give them another chance and asked them to come and replace a shower cartridge. The plumber didn't bring his shower cartridge puller and had to go back to the shop. This extra hour was charged as well. Again, the bill was fixed-ish, but only after I complained about it.

In both instances they would have been very happy for me to pay full fare for their laziness/error/lack of preparation. To their credit, the work was done correctly, but I'll be going elsewhere

Sebastian was pleasant, courteous and professional. He explained the maintenance process and was very thorough. In addition to changing filters that needed it, he recommended replacement dates for the filters that were still good. Exceptional job, as always from Comfort-Air.

This was our first time using Primo Plumbing but definitely won’t be our last. Making the appointment with dispatch was easy. They called to confirm the business day before. The tech, Mitchell, was on time, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He found the leak (pool auto fill, again) and came up with a solid “bandaid” solution until we can get the pool company out for a repair. The final bill was a pleasant surprise and well worth it. All around, a very professional and efficient operation. I am a local Realtor and will start recommending Primo Plumbing to all of my clients. Thank you for a great experience!

I cannot tell you how happy I am with Comfort Air! They were responsive and were able to see me same day in 100 degree weather when our capacitor went out. Robert Alcorta was the best technician ever. Not only was he responsive and professional, but his knowledge was so impressive. We have decided that we are going to move forward with a monthly service plan with Comfort Air. I trust them to take care of our home unit!

Comfort Air - solid, reliable company. Highly recommend. We bought and moved into a new (to us) house in 2023, the year SA broke all those heat records. The house had 2 AC units. One died that year, of course. Had 3 companies come out to bid and they all came in well over $20k for a 4 ton unit and the salesmen were all exactly that - sales people. Engineer husband joins via phone to respond to the bs talking points and we learn that the salesmen don’t actually understand what they are selling or saying. A relative gives me a contact at Comfort Air, so I reach out. No BS, just straight facts about the system and a very reasonable price. As expected, they were booked out for a few weeks, but they sent a tech out to see if he could do anything to help keep our old system limping along. Once installed, the new system performed flawlessly. Fast forward to 2024 and the 2nd unit dies. I call Comfort Air and get a solid quote, no BS. I explained that we have an airflow problem with the upstairs, and heat collects at the top of the stairs. When they installed the new system, they ran ductwork to the hallway and now the upstairs airflow works and all the rooms are the same temperature. Their prices are more than fair, the techs they send out are professional, and they actually solve problems. It doesn’t get better than that.

This company has done very good work in maintaining my HVAC equipment. They have also repaired problems with plumbing devices in my home. I recommend them very highly. One word of caution; they need a considerable lead time when making appointments for regular maintenance (2 or more months). This kind of lead time has not been required when something was broken or was out of service. Only for regularly necessary maintenance. Very good company.

Primo Plumbing replaced my 15 year old Rinnai tankless water heater. I'm very pleased with the entire experience from taking my call, following up within an hour with a very reasonable quote, arriving on the time promised and completing the installation within the time estimated. Comfort Air provides excellent service and followup. Nathan has performed our service the last few times and is amazingly informed and efficient. Comfort Air is privately and locally owned. No new rate plans when a carrier gets bought out by a large corporation which happened to me with Airtron.

Found myself in need of an emergency AC repair at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Thanks to Comfort Air, all was fine by 9pm! From customer service to Accounting to the technicians, these folks are the best!

Update: My water heater just quit on me. I called Primo Plumbing this morning, and the new one was installed by 1:30pm! Many thanks to Phillip and his partner!

I oversee roughly 1,000,000 square feet of Facilities and have been using Primo Plumbing for many years for repairs, maintenance and new construction.
They have always been quick to respond and correct any issues with accurate diagnoses ad a good price.

Comfort Air replaced my downstairs 5 ton Bryant unit with a new Carrier Unit and were able to use my existing furnace saving me over $6,000. The installation went smoothly without any problems

I want to add something about the plumbing work that I had done at my house within the last 4 months.

I had 2 outdoor leaks and one PRV replacement.

Phillip and Cole were the duo that worked on all 3 of my repairs/jobs.

They both are very polite and approachable. They did excellent work and explained and showed me what they have done throughout the stages of their work.

They also answered any questions that I had without hesitations as well as gave me advise.

I will ask for the Dynamic Duo next time I need plumbing maintenance/service done at my house.

We have been using Comfort for 12 years, both for service and a new installation. We have had some minor issues with the new installation but they are always quick to respond and take care of things. Nate is a great tech, he always fully explains what he's doing and what might need addressed. When I got my new unit they weren't the cheapest but theses days finding someone you can trust is more important than the lowest price.

Update.....two weeks later we went to my in-law's house and their system was down. They are near 90 years old and I was concerned about that. I called Comfort, who they had never used, explained the situation, and they went out of their way to get someone out in just a few hours. I don't remember the name of the woman who I talked to on the phone but she was so polite and helpful. To my delight when I opened the door it was Nate again! He found the problem and had them up and running soon after.

This is why we have been Comfort Air customers for 12 years! Well done to all.

I had Comfort-Air install our new Daikin Fit system a couple of years ago. The system has been great and the only time they have needed to come out is for the semi-annual check ups. The technicians and people I speak to on the phone are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

I’ve been without AC for 2 weeks now in June. My AC is only 2 years old — still under warranty. I keep getting the run around. Part hasn’t come in yet— from Houston. They tried to rig it and it exploded coolant which filled up my whole house. Still no word when the part will come in. Tomorrow they are going to try another quick fix. I can’t wait!

THESE GUYS HAVE SKILLS!!! Had a leak in my bathroom sink drain somewhere inside the wall which was in between some custom stucco work and very nice tile work in my shower. I was sure that I would either have to tear out a lot of the tile or ruin my stucco exterior wall, but these guys actually fixed the leak by sliding a compression sleeve into the wall without damaging ANY of the exterior stucco or my tile work ... I still cannot quite believe how they did this, but I am eternally grateful for their exceptional skill and care in fixing my leak - Mr. Carmichael performed more like a surgeon than a plumber - IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF PLUMBING ISSUES HIRE THESE GUYS, YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID!

My folks recently had an air conditioning problem. We have used Comfort Air Engineering and Primo Plumbing for all of their and our maintenance needs. They sent a technician out the same day I called. (My folks are 90 and 88, so them being in a 90 degree house is not good for their health). They worked to help us get everything fixed. I had to have an electrician come out as there was an electrical issue. Cody took pictures of the electrical box which I forwarded to the electrician. It made everything easier for the electrician to get his part done. Then Comfort Air came back out and finished the repairs on the unit. Their service was exceptional. Every technician has always been professional and goes above and beyond. I am so glad we use them for air conditioning and plumbing issues. They are the best.

We had a broken water pipe in our slab. Primo plumbing came the same day that I called. They did an awesome job. They cleaned up debris, swept, and may have mopped after the job was finished. The plumbers were very courteous and professional. Great company.
