Comfort-Air was able to come to my house quickly, and they got my ac working properly again in no time. Nate was very kind, respectful, and well informed. He was able to walk me through what he was doing and found/fixed the problem. I will absolutely use Comfort-Air again!

This was such an amazing experience. I just needed my cast iron sink replaced with new one. But when I used my washer this morning water was coming up in my tub. They were able to fix that first and then they had to install my sink. Steven Carmichael was professional, kept me informed of what was going on, competent, and did quality work. It was not easy had to cut the quartz countertop to get sink to fit. It is hard to find people who are professional, experts and do quality work. I am truly grateful and beyond happy! Highly recommend!!!

Comfort-air & Primo Plumbing is my go to company for all my AC & plumbing needs. Always timely and professional. I recently had a back flow valve installed in my home sprinkler system. Mitchell Brown was my technician for this project and he did an exceptional job! I was very happy with the work and the fix price for replacing this valve. I had a plumber come to our house to clear a recurrent problem with our main drain line. He failed to clear it and was mystified why he was unable to do so. After that initial failure, I called spoke to a Supervisor at Primo Plumbing. He sent a Master Plumber to my home who diagnosed the problem almost immediately that the prior plumber was unable to find. I've been doing business with Primo for a long time. They're always exceptional. In this case it was my second project completed by Steve (the Master Plumber) and his Partner (Owen). I am so grateful that this ongoing problem was diagnosed and repaired professionally and thoroughly and that Primo stands behind and guarantees its work.

Nate was amazing! He came out within an hour of my call for assistance on a Sunday morning. I replaced both units less than a year ago, and the company I used wasn't responding reliably and sent someone to fix the issue a week prior and assured me it was fixed, though it was not. There is a lot of repair work to do and the installation appears to have been flawed, but Nate and Comfort Air Engineering have been amazing! Helpful, responsive, professional, they have explained things at a level that I can understand, and I feel very relieved knowing that they will be helping me to get this issue resolved, while I work with my insurance company to address the property damage. I signed up for their Diamond Service Package and saved a lot of money with that.

We recently had our annual Fall inspection from Comfort-Air. We had asked for Daniel to make the visit as he had been very easy to work with in previous visits and we expected he would remember our attic set-up. And he did. He discovered a defective part this time and ordered it so he could replace it on a return visit. He is always both patient, cheerful, and when needed, educational in explaining what he has done this time and what to expect in the coming Spring visit. We have always been happy with his work and with Comfort in a supplier and maintenance role.

I chose this company to replace my heat pump based on excellent customer service reviews. They did not disappoint! Everyone I dealt with from initial office contact to an in-home sales consultant thru the installation process was professional, efficient and pleasant to do business with. I would definitely recommend Comfort-Air Engineering.

I had a new TRANE 5 ton water source heat pump A/C installed by Comfort-Air on September 2024. The work crew had to remove and reinstall the water heater to make room for the removal of the old system and reinstallation of the new system. The entire process took 2 days. After a couple of minor problems (some minor leak and a noise the A/C was making) that were corrected, the system has worked without any problems. My electric bill went down, considerably and the system has had no problems. I'm glad I chose Comfort-Air because they were quick to respond when I pointed the minor problems I was having and because they did a Great Job! My thanks to the main office employees, to Daniel Simpson, Daniel and Dominik and everyone else involved with the installation. Blanca

We recently had Comfort Air replace our air conditioner and furnace. After soliciting a few bids, it was clear that their team knew their products, inside and out. We were impressed by their wealth of knowledge and patience with our questions. The install team was incredibly quick, tidy, courteous, and punctual. I had a great experience with Comfort Air for my home AC repair. Robert, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He walked me through the issue and discussed all my options. His professionalism and patience were greatly appreciated, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. The service was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Comfort Air and will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs!

Everyone at Comfort Air /Primo Plumbing is friendly and professional. I have used them on several occasions to install and/or service: a series of April Aire filters, UVC lights, multiple AC units (service), multiple plumbing and RO fixtures, a whole house water softener and whole house water filtration system… and I’ve never regretted choosing them.

Everyone on their staff from the office staff…sales team…AC service … to the plumbing crew was fantastic…professional, respectful, courteous, and kind.

Grace is a great leader and cares deeply about Primo! After some mis-communication she reached out to clear up some things and while I already got my repair done elsewhere I appreciate their approach.

I always use Primo Plumbing for my businesses plumbing but i dont know anymore. Before they would send out the estimate/quote for jobs that i needed to get done but now they take forever to send the estimates and when i call they always say "let me transfer you to Austin he is the one doing the estimates" but he takes forever to send me the estimate for the job. It has been at least a week, and im still waiting for the estimate. I dont know what changed, but it is ridiculous that we have to wait so long for a job estimate. Communication is bad, he does not even return phone calls. He can at least let me know that he is still working on our quote or something. I bet if i call George plumbing or will fix it or shafers plumbing i will get the estimate quicker.

Great from beginning to end. Called on a Friday morning in August with a non-emergency situation, and the phone was answered on the first ring. Explained my situation - a constantly running air handler that would not shut off, but the system was still cooling. Sandra, the person who answered the phone, listened attentively and was able to set me an appointment for the following Monday. The technician, Tim, arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a bad fan control board. Tim checked for part availability and provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable. Part was delivered in less than an hour and the repair was accomplished. Very happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge and service provided. This was my first experience with Mr. Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning, and I could not have been happier with the service I received.
Definitely will use them again. Keep up the great work. Definitely five-star in my opinion.

Last night had issue with air conditioner. This morning felt warm. Called Mr Wilson we have been customer since the 80’s. Sure enough they were able to get my air conditioner up and running again. From the lady we answered my call to the technician everyone super help and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything.

Recently had two new A/C systems installed by Mr Wilson Heating & Air. Booth, the sales rep, was easy to work with and very informative. The install team, Adam, Javier & Danny did an excellent job removing and replacing my old units. Would highly recommend.

Awesome technician....Eric has been coming to our home for over 4 years with regular tuneups/maintenance. He is always professional and provides helpful information on keeping our HVAC running without any interruptions. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We got home at night and realized something was wrong with our AC, so in the morning we tried calling multiple companies listed on our Trane Home App. nearby and most were unavailable that day. Fortunately Mr. Wilson was on the list and was able to help us. Their technician Eric got to our house so fast, he was really nice, helpful, informative and very respectful of our property by wearing shoe covering before entering the house. I think it’s very considerate of them and I think they charge cheaper than others. Definitely recommend their annual plans, thank you very much..
