As a Realtor for 16 years in San Antonio, I have had many occasions that required the help of A/C and heating specialists. You cannot find a better company to work with than Air-Tex. Reliable, on-time, and most importantly, honest.

Air-Tex had us back up and running less than 3 hours after the call! I can't recommend them enough!

They were scheduled to come out to service an air conditioning unit at our home that isn’t cooling the house. They gave me an appointment three days away. I called their main number and got a hold of someone who said they would try to come out earlier. They never called back. I tried calling back and did not get an answer. When the day the appointment came they did not show up or call to give an explanation and we could still not reach them on the phone. I could not leave a message because their mailbox was full. Another day passed and they did not come out, contact me, or answer their phones.

Richard was on time.. found my problem right away! Even told me I was still under warranty and they would file it for me! I have already started recommending them to others. I was extremely pleased from the moment I called till job done! Don’t hesitate to use this company!
