Can’t say enough good things about this company. I have had them install 3 units on 3 different house, The team is a pleasure to work with. I will never use any other A/C company again! If you want it done right, at a fair price, and by a local reputable contractor, this is the company to use!

Seems like it’s just another one of those replace it till we fix it companies unfortunately my issue was never resolved despite 4 visits and over 1000$ later, final visit I was informed that it was now my compressor and they would give me a call Monday with a price months later still no call and ac still out of service. Absolutely wonderful waste of time and money.
Update October/12/2020
Had another company follow up air-Tex previous work they found damage to the TXV on my new coil (that I paid 800$+ to have replaced)due to poor labor on air-Tex behalf. Get in contact with air Tex and they claim new coil is out of warranty and express no care in the world to make it right highly advise using another company

This company goes above and beyond! We realized our AC was out at about 8pm at night. I called and someone got back to me at 9pm at night and we were able to coordinate a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Troy was prompt and attentive. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Pricing was fair and transparent. 10/10 would recommend and use them again!

Richard has been our technician for over 26 years. He brings expertise, customer service and results!

I’ve always had prompt service (sometimes same day, when it’s been an emergency) from the Air-Tex team - specifically Sharon and Richard. I’ve trusted them over the years to service my rentals, and they gave me a great price on an entirely new system recently. Before you review, make sure it was AIR-TEX that installed it. A lot of negative reviews stemmed from confusion. They do a great job diagnosing and servicing the problem. Of course, they do it for a living. They do not make the actual HVAC parts. You decide what to buy. They honor warranties and are out at your house ASAP. My personal anecdote was bad with my AC issues, yet they were chill through heated moments all to provide me comfort. They are one of the oldest AC companies in San Antonio and is owned by an American who is a lord in Scotland. They are nice, considerate, and cool people, forgive the pun. If at first they don't succeed they try and try again. That is the key to success and why they won my heart.

The service & repair was excellent, especially on the same day we called in for the repair. Sharon is truly the best in customer service! Richard the technician has aways provided first class service & repair!! Many thanks to Air-Tex team for always providing excellent customer service!!

It finally got cold enough to use my heat last night but the system wouldn't turn on. I had a different company out first thing in the morning and their repair man gave me 2 options:
-for $10k they could do the bare minimum to 'band-aid' my system and get it running again
-for $17k they could install a brand new system

I told him I needed to think about it and decided to shop around before committing to such a big investment. I am so glad I did!

I called Air-Tex that afternoon and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. Richard had my unit was running like new again within 30 minutes for under $300. All it needed was a single part replaced! He checked all of my systems and assured me that there are no leaks and that all refrigerant levels are right where they should be.

Thank you Air-Tex! You literally saved me thousands of dollars today.

We have a yearly service contract with Air Tex, so they come twice, once in the fall and once in the spring to maintain our heating/AC system.

For this fall visit, the service technicians arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient as they checked out our heating system.

There had to come back several times for my issues but always friendly and dependable. I have an old AC covered by a warranty though luckily so it has needed multiple repairs but they have handled each with a great job.

Amazing company to deal with. I am new to the Canyon Lake area and they came out on a Sunday morning. I called 5 plumbing companies that could not get there same day! Saved the day!

I had a very similar experience with Andre below. Two guys inspected my unit and recommended replacing my condenser and air handler with pricing ranging from 15-30k. I suspected that wasn't accurate and I called a local family owned business the same day and they got it up a running by replacing a failed capacitor (DIY-able fix) and shut off switch.

Ruben did a great job with our routine maintenance. He showed us what was recommended and what was needed to keep our unit running smoothly.

Cannot recommend Radiant Plumbing enough. Called at 9pm the day before, a real (not A.I) person answered. They had a guy out the next morning ready to work! Hector took a look, found the problem and fixed it super fast. Radiant was the 2nd company we called, the 1st company said they would have to reroute our ENTIRE water supply lines from the meter to the cost of 17k! Hector found the problem fixed it and surprise, surprise it wasn't the water supply lines, it was a single drainage line. The cost was a fraction and I mean fraction of the original estimate from the 1st company (more than 15k less). Hector was AWESOME! Radiant is AWESOME! I will say call at least 3 different companies for your Plumbing repair needs but make sure Radiant is one of them.

Was about to move in the next morning when I broke off our water spout on the side of the house. We would have had to push back the move if we didn’t get water on. Joe got us taken care of. He was professional the whole way through. I could not have asked for a better plumber. Thank you Joe!
