Our service technician, Ruben, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Overall I’m very pleased with Radiant. I am disappointed with one aspect of their service. In the past, working with other HVAC service providers, the cleaning of the furnace blower was part of the annual inspection. Here it is an additional charge and it’s quite expensive. I’m going to have to check around to see if this is the norm in Texas.

Radian Plumbing & Air Conditioning was amazing to deal with as a customer. Their technicians were spot on as to what needed to be done to get our AC running. We were given several options for us to review. They never pressured us to go in any directions. The office staff were very professional. They called us or emailed us promptly when we requested information,. When we reached out to the technician they responded quickly. Highly recommend them for plumbing and air conditioning needes.

Mr. Kelly was able to find issues I was unaware of and gave my insight on how we can go about fixing them. He was polite, quick, and overall professional as he worked to give me the best care of my HVAC.

Radiant Plumbing and AC has convinced me there are still good companies out there that do quality work and care for their customers. I came across this great company called Radiant at a Home and Garden event. Got on their affordable maintenance plan. From there, I was able to get both my plumbing and AC checked on a same day schedule. I was so satisfied with the plumbing and AC technicians. Hector Hernandez , Ryan Hestand, Vincent, and Derek Lynn were so professional and very thorough with explaining everything they performed. AC diagnostic was explained and AC cleaned, Plumbers checked all pipes and flushed the water heater tank. We did decide to install a new a/c system and the a/c technicians did a fantastic job. They were respectful of your time, explained everything that was done. and left the entire place clean. Also Justin with the finance application was also very professional and thank you for saving us money, I would highly recommend Radiant as your AC and plumbing needs.

The service from the scheduling to the man that came out to do the work was excellent. My only issue was the cost. I guess plumbing work is expensive though. Because of the wonderful job the repairman did I am more than happy to give 5 stars.

Wait time was a little long but Hector was fantastic. He was very friendly and explained everything he did. Will definitely ask for Hector if I ever need any plumbing services in the future.

I highly recommend Radiant Plumbing! Excellent work at a fraction of what another company quoted me. Hector quickly unclogged the drain to the washing machine and was professional and courteous. I’ll definitely use them in the future. They even do HVAC and water heater maintenance for a great price.

I had maintenance performed on my soft water unit. I could not have asked for better service. Gunner Brown is the man of the hour. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Called Radiant Plumbing for an emergency repair and was given an appointment for the very next day . They came very early and the gentleman that came assessed the problem immediately….got me an estimate which I found reasonable and got right to work. He was quite quick and fixed the problem. He was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. If I had any other plumbing issues I would definitely give them my business.

Nadine called Radiant Plumbing, again to repair backs of spigots and check water pressure. Gunner was on time. He did all the work as needed. We are thrilled to have A membership, a monthly membership with a low fee of 24.99 per month, To do the work that can be done with that membership and Better rates for any other work related issues you might have. I must say that the plumbers that they sent are very qualified and very courteous and respectful. Anybody would call anyone else besides Radiant. Thank you, Gunnar for checking everything and doing such a great job. I appreciate it.

Derek Lynn was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was diligent, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. His professionalism and friendly attitude made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated how attentive he was to every detail and how clearly he explained each step. I highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for top-notch service and a trusted professional!

Completely unacceptable. I was given an appointment window from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and received zero communication the entire day. Only after I reached out was I told the plumber was still behind on their first job. If you can't honor an appointment window, then don't schedule one.
This is extremely unprofessional and shows no respect for customer's time. I waited all day for nothing. I will never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. Thank you for wasting my entire day.

I have consistently gotten great service each time they have sent a tech out. Big shoutout to Derek who was able to explain and and provide good options to keep this AC running at it's best.

Gunner & Derek are amazing!!!!! They were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly & expedient! They fully inspected/serviced my Water Softner system, electric water heater, AC & Furnace in my 3K sq ft home. I definitely recommend their services!

Gunner was honest and efficient. He installed my water softener and filter in one afternoon, and took the time to explain everything in detail. It looks professional and tidy. I would definitely recommend Radiant.

First Impressions are everything! I’m not even sure if the work is done yet at this point!

I reached out to setup an appointment which was confirmed via text for 8:30am. Made my team aware that plumber would arrive at 8:30 but no show, no call to say we’re going to be late! I text person who confirmed appointment for ETA with no response. I called and person on the phone stated my appointment was 11:30am…Mind Blown at the lack of communication.

When I mentioned that they were supposed to be here at 8:30 and it was confirmed via text she said she had to call someone else? Who? You’re in charge of scheduled Appointments?

So a different person calls me 2 hours later, not right away to say the truck broke down this morning. But no one could reach out and communicate with the Customer who scheduled and confirmed 8:30 appointment.

That’s Me if you’ve read this far! So now it’s 2:46pm and I’m pretty sure the tech is doing a Great Job of repairing toilet, so nothing against him.

Scheduling and management could use some work with communication. Very frustrating because I was even told I had to put a Credit Card on file just to get serviced.

So I did my part to ensure I would pay, I guess at that point they decided they had me on the hook so what does it matter.

Please don’t be fooled by the website or people on phone. It all looks and sounds professional but once they get what they want it’s downhill from there.

Looks like they do better with residential care.

If you’re a business be careful…I had high hopes!

Derek our technician was awesome!! He explained everything perfectly and showed me where the problems were. He also explained the different pricing options which made everything more easier! Michael Rangle did an excellent job of clearing our kitchen drain and diagnosing the bigger picture. He was polite, cheerful and professional. We called Radiant around 9am and he was here by 2pm. Highly recommended company!

On time to start with. That was a very pleasant surprise. Very cordial. Got right to work with little chit chat. It took him five minutes to locate the problem. He gave me quotes/estimates on potential issues and even tested my water and added my bag of salt to my softener. I am extremely pleased with Reliants service and would recommend to anyone.

Gunner was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable and fast. Couldn’t recommend his work enough. God forbid, but if we ever need any plumbing fixed, we will definitely be reaching out to have him come back out.

I have had such a good experience with the last 3 techs that have been sent out the past few years and that is the only reason I have you on speed dial.
