The Climate Control Technician, Andrew, did a thorough Spring checkup of my American Standard HVAC system. He spent approximately one hour inspecting the inside and outside units, explaining in detail what he inspected to my satisfaction. He definitely earned the rating I gave him.

Excellent service! The HVAC technician came out promptly upon my work order submission, and even covered his boots to respect our floors. He assessed the situation and submitted his recommendation for corrections. Within a couple of days he completed the work order and got our bedroom back to normal comfortable conditions for the summer. Highly recommended!

The technician was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The technician call 30 minutes prior to his arrival as requested, was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. We have utilize Climate Control for both of our houses for several years now Great job Climate Control.

I have been using Climate Control for the past several years. They always arrive on time and do a great job of making sure my equipment is working properly. There is no push to sell me new equipment just because. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs!

Very professional, great price, and honest technicians. The entire process was very simple and transparent. When my AC went out (mid August) they sent a tech out the same day. They found the problem in the air handler upstairs, gave a price to fix it, a price to replace the handler, and a price to replace the aging system. They were never pushy, answered every question I had, and had the whole new system installed less than 24 hours later.

Excellent service! Temperature was dropping down to 37 degrees and the heater had been out. Night time and shower time were rough! A technician came out the same day we called and fixed our problem. Thank you, will strongly recommend!

5 star service! After a very hot and sweaty night! Called Tri-City A/C & Heating. Chris (the owner of the company) was very responsive and he himself came out within an hour of me calling and had my system running and cooling my house within 30 minutes of arrival. During a very hot season, Tri-City A/C & Heating was the only company that I found that could make a same day service despite being fully booked. I will be using Tri-City A/C & Heating in the future if/when needed. Thank you!

Our A/C was broken for 7 days. My home warranty company decided not to pay to fix my A/C. Gabriel and Matthew helped us navigate financing the new system. They were so professional and kind. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with A/C and heating problems.

Tri-City A/C is a great company that stands by their word and backs it up. They just installed a new A/C and because of a factory delay they reimbursed me the rebate difference from a 16- -15 Seer system and they fixed portions of the plenum and duct work that improved the air flow throughout my home. They installed a Micro-Air Easy Start system that will allow me to run my system on my portable generator when ERCOT messes up. Matthew, Gabe and Chris were professional and I recommend them without hesitation or reservation!

Our unit couldn't be repaired but Mr Garcia was able to give us a fair price on a new AC and furnace and will be back in the morning to replace these. Very courteous and helpful people!

We had an air purification system installed. The technician was very knowledgable and was patient with answering our questions. With the COVID concerns, climate change causing enhanced allergy issues along with mold and dust, we felt it wise to get this system. We were very pleased with the results and have been using Tri City for a few years and respect their work, honesty and committment to service.

Devin from Tri City Air AC came and fixed our air conditioner. He did an amazing job. He was very detailed. Make sure that everything was working took his time resolving the solution that was wrong with our air conditioner before he left.

If your home is in need of some AC or heating repairs these are the people to look at first… I made several calls to a couple different companies and they came out and gave me quotes they were twice as much as Gabe and the time to complete the job was going to be several days. I spoke to Gabe early in the morning he gave me a quote over the phone, this may not be normal, but he did give me the quote, and he showed up on my property a couple hours later and the quote he gave me on paper matched exactly! After showing me the necessary work that needed to be completed we set up an appointment for the following day, he and his crew showed up at the time Scheduled and the work was completed by the end of the day. Gabe came back at the end of the job to double and triple check on the workmanship and to answer any questions or concerns I may have and to schedule a follow up just to make sure everything is functioning properly… So save yourself some time some headaches and call these guys first. They are professional they are prompt courteous and they will get the job done at your property and save you some money definitely five star ratings check out all the reviews you’ll see they’re in line with my review… So contact Gabe At Tri City Ac and heating first and again save yourself some time and some headaches

Great job!!! At 1 am Sunday morning my A/C went out, I called them and they were at my house in less than 1 hour. They did an excellent job and and everything is back up and running now.

Tri- City went over an above helping me with a repair after hours. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Consider taking advantage of their service agreement. You'll save money on all repairs and with twice a year maintenance.

This was the first time I have used Tri-City. They went above and beyond to get my heater working during this cold snap so I wouldn't be without heat all weekend. They came out late Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and completed the work. If they treated a stranger like this, they have earned all my future business?
