My technician arrived early on a holiday weekend. He was completely professional and thorough. My problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. He left every area he was in clean and neat.

Had to call for maintenance twice, each time they were able to squeeze me in within a 24 hour period. Gabriel was thorough and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to do business with this company.

Matthew was informative and helpful. The work completed was done quickly, professionally, and they were mindful of our home and space. I recieved several quotes (about 6) and Matthew provided a quote that was very reasonable and provided high quality product and long term maintenance. Matthew provided all the necessary paperwork to get the CPS rebate quickly and completely. My house for the first time is cool and comfortable.
Update: system works great. Matthew came to do a regular maintenance call and was polite and respectful. Still very pleased with thier service and our purchase

Overall I was left frustrated. After scheduling an inspection, the technician arrived and told me they do not work with metal duct systems. This was a waste of time and could have been screened for during my initial call. On a good note, I did appreciate how easy they were to get in contact with.

We had trusted tri city for years but no more.

Had them out last week to check and service our furnaces before turning them on. The crew that came had been out earlier in the year and started looking at them.

They got a call from their boss and were delayed. I was a bit confused and when he finally came out he told me that the furnace needed replacement.

He didn’t say it was leaking or wouldn’t work but tried to play on my fear as a new father (twins) and said it could leak Carbon Monoxide.

I heard later from our Nanny that the boss was telling them in Spanish to find something wrong and charge us more $$$$.

We got a second opinion and the furnace is fine.

Disappointed and I’d like my $300 back for not only wasting lots of my time but trying to scam me.

Tri-city A/C was amazing! Our ancient A/C finally went out at the start of summer and Tri-city responded that same morning to get our new A/C installed. From the estimate, to the install and the whole crew top notch service!

I want to give a good review to show my appreciation of a great job. David installed a new UV air cleaning device and also carefully sealed some holes in my unit where cold air was escaping. He double checked everything to be sure it worked before leaving. The installation and sealed sections look very professional and clean, he clearly takes pride in his work. Now the air in my home is noticeably cleaner and it smells fresher. My AC unit is older, but he got it to run more efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Gabriel Garcia went above and beyond and was very professional and knowledgeable, he educated me on the issues we had with our heating unit. He was able to get the issues resolved and got us up and running during this unexpected cold weather. We cant thank Tri-City enough. I definitely recommend these guys for all your ac/heating needs. These guys are really great, I was blessed because I thought I needed a new AC right this minute and they came over to check it out and ended up just fixing my AC for now. Anyone else would probably just came over and said yes you need a new AC right this minute but these guys didn't now I could save a little bit more for when I do purchase one. We purchased a new system last year from Tri-City and were very impressed with their timeliness and work, especially on an older home that threw them some curve balls. Unfortunately, yesterday our AC froze. Tri-City was extremely responsive and came to check it out at 7 pm. It took Gabriel until 930 pm to be able thaw it out, refill refrigerant and find the small leak. He did this all without complaints and was happy to explain everything he completed. You don't receive customer service like that anymore! Kudos to you, Gabriel and Tri-City Air. We will be customers for life!

Quick response even though it’s the hottest time of the year. The service tech went above and beyond to get the best results/cooling of our 13 year old system. Super pleased and I highly recommend Tri City

By far the best HVAC company I've ever worked with. I'm a small business owner and 1 of my units went down. I called Tri-City that morning and they showed up the same day to help trouble shoot the problem. The owner Chris even came out to check on his crew and to help get my unit up and running. They are honest and fair when it comes to pricing. But their customer service is above par! I highly recommend them for any HVAC services you may need!

After the horrible week of Feb 15, constant power surges, etc, we needed repairs so I called Tri-city. Gabriel was out within a few hours of my call when I know San Antonio was really needing help and their services must have been in high demand. When he couldn't find the part we needed at any businesses, he drove back to his shop (a good 50 miles round trip!) to get one from his inventory. They really stepped up for us, which meant so much after 4 days of no heat in the worst winter storm in my recent memory. He could have shrugged and said "I'll order it for you" and not driven out and back for the part. Could have hurried up and switched the breaker and been home for dinner. But they were thorough, found another area that would have caused headaches, and saved us another trip and service call. Gabriel was polite and professional at all times and has definitely won our repeat business with fair prices, transparency, and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Called Tri-City again (7/7/21) this time to unclog ac drain line, and my advisor was Andres. He was very personable, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better technician. He replaced the clogged up drain line and explained things as he worked. Great person and great company. I'm glad I found them thanks to a neighbor's referral.

David n Chase were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely call on Tri-City again and very highly recommend them to everyone. Oh, and most importantly, Tri-City A/C & Heating is fairly and reasonably priced--the best fees I have yet encountered from any A/C repair and maintenance service. Plus, their maintenance fee for 2X a year health check on a system is the best. Overall, I was just very impressed by the company and the people I interacted with on the phone and in person. One just knows when they're dealing with an honest enterprise, and Tri-City is. Thank you!
