I will always recommend Tri-City A/C & Heating. They saved me over a year or more ago, after I spent and wasted money on 2 other AC companies. After their professionalism, work, courtesy and customer service, I had them take good care of my girlfriend and parents homes. Today I had my AC annual service check up with Matthew and Danny, who really made sure they educated me and understood everything they did. Thank you Tr-City and everyone else, make sure you call them when you need help, I promise you will be happy you did. 😊 😀

A huge thank you to these gentlemen. Our A/C went out and it’s not an easy fix. I have a stay at home wife with our two teens and new born. It was VERY hot in this house. Not only did these gentlemen begin the process of trying to figure out the issue, while we wait on part orders , they provided a portable Air conditioning unit to keep my home and family cool in the meantime. This meant a lot to me. I truly thank you again.

In our current situation of supply shortages Tri City was able to replace our unit in only three days. That being said, doing a replacement of a 20+ year old unit means alot has changed. There were wiring issues that are beyond anybody's anticipation and it added to the replacement time. Overall quality and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this company. Price was significantly lower than other companies we contacted.

I had a great experience with Tri City! My husband and I had an urgent need as our AC wasn’t functioning correctly and it is the middle of summer. These guys got us the help we needed and were professional and timely. Would recommend to anyone needing their services

I had the positive experience of meeting Chris and one of his staff during a service call. They were both very professional and thorough. I got the sense that both took pride in their work and taking care of their customers. The earned my business.

From the beginning TRI-City AC has been great. Our 39 year old AC went out and with that being said we knew we were gonna have to get a NEW AC. Knowing how costly it can be we got 4 estimates, each company came out to do their evaluation and tried to get me into a bigger unit! EXCEPT Mr. Matthew not only did he point out what the other companies were trying to do but also explained what could happen if I did get an oversized unit. Also he was the ONLY one to go above and beyond and check out the attic where he found my ducts shredded and some not even connected! It was from a raccoon problem I had earlier in the year. I would had never known I had any duct issues to begin with had he not gone up there. They made installation an easy process for me, from helping me pick a unit to financing options! We are all around happy with our new unit and don’t dread the summers like we used too!

18 MONTH UPDATE- Still very appreciative to Owner Chris and his team. They came out to do an anual maintenance which is super thorough! While doing their routine they saw something a little unusual with my unit. They said their GM Gabriel would come out to check it for himself. Him and Chris came later to inspect. While doing their evaluation, Chris pointed out some minor issues from installation. He said although they weren’t a problem right now but maybe later down the road it could be. Even though my installation warranty had already expired he was still willing to take care of it free of charge. I really appreciate his honesty and the high standard he holds his company at. Least to say they will FORVER have my business as we as friends and family.

Our technical today was Matthew R. I can not say enough good things about him. He arrived early, and completed the job by the time he was originally scheduled to arrive.
Gabriel is great at getting a repair person out here fast and gets the issued resolved.
We definitely are glad we are customers of Tri-City. Their quality, professionalism and quickness is what you want from your heating and AC company.

Gabriel and his tech arrived early for the appointment. They were quick to deduce the problem and had the unit up and running in less than an hour. Afterwards, he took the time to explain what happened and the work they performed.

Second unit went out two weeks later, Andres came out this time. Great service from him as well. Prompt, respectful and on point.

A/C was out and they came to fix it the same day. They were polite and fixed my AC as planned. I definitely will recommend them.

In 2023 Gabriel and his partner arrived promptly and diagnosed our ac system issue quickly and accurately. This was after hours on a weekend. They referred me to an excellent electrician which was ultimately the problem.

EDIT:
In 2025, we asked for a service call to replace a flue. With such a high service call cost, and our previous good experience with them, we assumed it would be worth it and the service call cost would just be incorporated in the actual repair. When talking to the technician on-site, it sounded reasonable, but when the actual invoice came, it was a few hundred dollars more than stated. I told the owner this seems like a bait and switch given the high service call cost, and he gave me a condescending lecture about how it costs money and time to go out to homes (not a difficult concept to grasp). Needless to say, lost any future business with me. We paid the fee and went with another hvac company that does not charge a fee just to come out, and they fixed our problem for a much less.

UPDATE (18 months later): Owner Chris and GM Gabriel came out to perform annual maintenance on my AC and furnace. They were extremely courteous and easy to work with and did an outstanding job on the maintenance, identifying a couple of minor issues from the original installation that I would never have known about. They offered to fix them with no hassle or additional charge. I'm highly impressed with their honesty and willingness to stand by their work. They are an amazing small business to work with. Highly recommended!

Gabriel and his team are absolute professionals, especially Matthew. They were a pleasure to work with during the negotiations for our new AC system and were very professional and courteous during the install process. The system has been working great now for 6 months and they have been responsive (willing and prompt) to answer any questions and to resolve any issues I have had since the install, which speaks volumes about how much pride they have in their work and their dedication to their customers. I highly recommend this business for any HVAC need.

Tri-City is thoroughly professional and responsive. They did thorough inspections and replaced one of my units quickly and with terrific service. Damian and Cesar are both rock stars!

Tri-City A/C and Heating did an excellent job of rebuilding the duct work at our office (a big job). They gave me a bid and completed the work within a few days. I would recommend them to others for both big and small jobs as they are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly.

Great experience with Chris and team. We will definitely continue to utilize Tri-City A/C. They had the repair done next day (we called on a Sunday night and got scheduled for the next day). Very happy with our experience with Tri-City A/C. Our system went out overnight and I couldn’t get anyone to come fix it. Chris called me back within minutes of my voicemail and had his crew out here ASAP to begin work. They took their time making sure to diagnose the issue properly and checked the rest of the system to make sure no other problems would arise. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend for any project especially with complex problems!
