My A/C wasn't turning on. JR came out and quickly assessed it was likely due to a bad breaker. He gave me clear instructions on how to change the breaker myself (he didn't have one available). As he was leaving he also explained all the signs to look for once the unit was running so I could assess if there were additional problems that needed to be addressed. I was able to purchase a new breaker from Lowe's and replace the old one myself. The A/C has been running like normal. This is my second experience with ASC and can't recommend them highly enough. From setting the appointment, communicating in between, to explaining everything they were doing while on site. Top notch service.

J.R. reviewed and assessed both indoor/outdoor units, proving a complete breakdown of cause-and-effects and explanation to my inquiries. J.R. Not only presented his findings but explained the impacts it has had over time; while also presenting resolutions to the system issues. It was a promotion of quality work and upmost customer focused J.R. sought out remediation without price gouging into buying new product or requesting services that may weren’t required.

Adrian and Zach are true pros. They went to great lengths to service our shoe store HVAC on Walzem Road -- high building, with difficult to access rooftop units. Very satisfied with ASC!

They were prompt when we were having an issue with our AC during a 100 degree heat wave. They were able to do some temporary fixes while we scheduled the full repair later. They were able to work scheduling around some weird work schedules we had going on at the time and everything was fixed and running like new in less than a week! We will be using them again for maintenance and if we need any other future repairs

My AC unit went out after 19 yrs. I looked in the internet etc. For a reputable company with discount. I called ACS & I accepted the deal. NO pressure sales & honest communication.Jorge & Jacob arrived early at 8am & installed a new efficient AC unit. My house is cool once again. Thank you Jorge & Jacob for the great job!!

I woke up to my air conditioning not working and called the company that I had a current monthly service agreement with to see if they could come out to help me. Today is thursday. They said they could come out by "maybe saturday or sunday". I hung up and immediately called ASC. Adrian called me back, was so patient on the phone with me, and found a technician that was nearby that could get to my house in under an hour. Jorge showed up, was extremely polite and fixed the problem quickly. He explained what was wrong and got my air conditioning working in no time. Any one looking for a company to help you - THIS IS THE ONE!! I cannot recommend them enough! I'm cancelling my monthly service agreement with the other company and going with a company that actually delivers! Thank you ASC so much!!! You saved me and my family from this scorcher!

Scott was great. I couldn't be happier with the A/C repair. They were prompt and determined to fix the problem. And they cared that I would be in a hot home. Ron was great at getting someone out quickly and ASC is the best A/C Company out there!

I phoned ACS Heating & Air yesterday afternoon and they were able to schedule my appointment the exact same day. My air conditioner was not cooling. Jacob solved the issue by installing a new part. Thank you

Zach did a great job. We had a wind storm and caused our AC to move and rip open. Zach diagnosed the issue was the board and the timer after 30 minutes and had us up and running within and hour. Even managed to close the system back up. 5 starts for dependability, response time, and workmanship.

So our pandemic started with an AC fire. Our normal company came and looked and said, "yep, it caught fire alright...we can replace it for $10K or replace the burned parts for $2K!" Nine estimates later and the actual good guys at ASC Heating & Air replaced the old unit, installed a fancy unit in our hot room, AND blew insulation and still came in under the original quote from the other guys. Thank you SO much Jason @ ASC Heating & Air. We are super elated with the work you performed!

The technician who came out to the house was very good. The company was able to get someone out quickly; knowing we had no AC and the temp for the next 4 days was going to be over 100. My daughter was there and could not stop praise the technician for all he was doing for her.

ASC heating and air have highly professional and courteous personnel. JR did a great job explaining my options regarding my malfunctioning 15 year old AC. He fully explained the issues the AC had. He gave me a quote to repair it and fair quotes to replace it. I decided to buy a new complete system. The technicians Scott and Jorge were very professional and got the job done in one day. I’m very happy I chose ASC.

I was having problems with both of my air-conditioning systems and thought I was gonna have to replace them. Got a Free system evaluation, and JR did a great job. Everything he checked was perfect until he found a raccoon had eaten through six of our ducts In the attic. Gave me a great deal and had it on the schedule and fixed within 48 hours. Absolutely recommend!

I had a great experience with Zack, the AC technician who came out to my house. He was very nice, professional, efficient, and he fixed the issues with my AC quickly and thoroughly. He also made sure to answer all of my questions without rushing me. On top of that, Zack was incredibly patient with me and my dogs — not everyone is so understanding, so I really appreciated it. Overall, his friendly attitude, the quality of his work, and how fast he got everything running again definitely puts my confidence in this company. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this local small business! I heard about them through a friend and Zach was assigned as my technician. He was very professional, efficient and kind. He got me setup with a new York unit right away and it’s been amazing! Their customer service is also very great.
