They were very kind and helpful HVAC techs. We had them clean our dryer vents out. They spent over an hour snaking every clog until it was spotless! They cleaned out behind the dryer, vents from the attic, and from ladders outside the house. I was very impressed with how thorough they were and their price was great. We'll definitely get the money back with more efficient drying.

Juan at Blue Dot is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. He came to our house and assessed the situation and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very helpful by addressing all of our questions and concerns. Juan and his team is very knowledgeable, have a great work ethic and do quality work. Kristin and Norma provide outstanding customer service by explaining the process and work completed. Juan his team were very thorough and cleaned up everything after the work was finished. Blue Dot has a great team of technicians and warranty for work performed on your home. Juan and his team are the best in San Antonio.

I first called for an estimate. Excellent customer service and Juan and Kristen really know what they are talking about. Made me feel secure and educated on what all needs to be done.
F/U to today: So even though I have a home warranty, I still chose Blue Dot to replace my AC indoor and outdoor. They were a little higher than my warranty estimate (because warranty gives a discounted rate but quality is suspect) and it’s quality I look for and response plus customer service. The installers (Greg and his assistant Ralphie) were professional, efficient and clean! The AC works great and I’m really very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Shout out to Norma who answers the phone and has to listen to my stories. Ralph and Zane came later to help me with my thermostat and super nice and professional. But overall every person I was in contact with were wonderful. Thank you Juan!

Wonderful experience from the beginning to end. Juan informed us in detail what the issue was and recommendations for replacement. Crew who installed unit were thorough and very polite. They truly seemed to love their job. Kristin completed all necessary warranties and rebates which saved us so much time. Highly recommend!

I called ASC heating and air conditioning to come checkout a noise coming from my mini-split unit. They scheduled me that same day and the technician was able to diagnose the issue; however, he did troubleshoot to see if cleaning the blower would resolve it before ordering a new part. I appreciated the fact they attempted to fix the issue before telling me I had to replace the motor. Zach demonstrated integrity and putting the customer first. Adrian called me the same day to discuss parts and cost and when they came out to replace the motor, it was done quickly and they charged the exact amount as quoted. ASC is dependable, customer centric, affordable, and honest. ASC will always be my go to for a/c service.

UPDATE: 4 ton AC system went out and ASC responded in a fast and efficient manner. Craig was amazing and worked his butt off through the weekend to get my new system installed. Even when his co-worker got sick, craig finished the job himself. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, craig was great. Highly recommend this company

ASC Heating & Air, did a Tune-up on my HVAC system on 4/21/25, the tech Jorge Madrigal, was very informative as he worked on the system, he provided answers to questions that I had and gave me some tips on how to keep the outdoor system clean. Excellent work. system it's now working OK.

ASC Heat and Air is amazing. Their service blew me away. JR thoroughly explained my options without pressuring me in any particular direction. I had discounted previous contractors because I felt they had too much of a sales pitch. I felt they were more interested in me making an huge purchase rather than providing what’s best for me. After talking to JR I realized my instincts were right. I appreciate the time, patience, and compassion he demonstrated. I strongly recommend ASC Heat and Air.

We had a great experience with ASC. Our furnace went out and we got a quote from them as a “second opinion” to another company. They were responsive and kind. They diagnosed the problem, told us what needed to be done to fix, and got it done a couple of days later before temperatures dropped. They didn’t try to oversell us on anything we didn’t need. Honest and punctual and knowledgeable. We’d use ASC again if needed.

Annual maintenance service on my home unit. Technician (George) was very polite and professional. He performed a thorough check of both my indoor and outdoor systems. I’m very satisfied and as a result have now signed up for the VIP service agreement.

I have to give extremely high praise to my almost SOLO new central ac system installer named Craig!! He came in the at the time agreed on by himself for most of the job. He had a sub that only installed the outside unit. Craig disassembled the outside and inside units, installed the inside unit by himself. He's a true ROCKSTAR and he deserves some type of bonus for the excellent work he has done for my wife and I today. He is very knowledgeable, caring, able to explain everything going on. He answered all of my questions. I'm very glad we ended up using this TOP NOTCH COMPANY for our brand new central air conditioning install today. A/C tech was on time and explain he’d be checking the top of the roof unit, and also the inside system on our commercial business. Very informative and friendly. Their total estimate for repaired also showed, the itemized charges. Not just a lump sum, like my first previous estimate with another company. Definitely recommend given them a call 👍🏼
