Technician showed up the same day we called. He’s was running behind schedule and kept us up to date on arrival time. Wasn’t able to get there until 10pm, but called to make sure it was still ok. Had our AC up and running in 30 mins. Definitely saved our night since it was 105° that day. Service was professional and fair in prove. Technician was friendly and informative of what the issue was and options to repair it. 100% will recommend to anyone needing AC repairs.

The Service Technician was focused on my description of the AC problem and promptly went to the outside unit and discovered the capacitor was faulty. He also checked the unit in the attic where everything was working to specifications. We have been customers of Climate Control for fourteen years and have always had a twice yearly system check contract. We trust them for our AC/Heating needs without hesitation. They are a quality company.

The technician was very respectful and concise! He was patient, provided great information about the issue and the solution!

Today, the technician Andrew, was extremely polite and very informative. He answered all questions and didn’t seemed bothered having to repeat himself. He evaluated and managed the issue of concern, and explained a preventative maintenance process that is easy to follow.

The tech that came here was outstanding. He did a detail analysis, shared his findings, and discussed some proposed recommended changes. He said he would get back to us after speaking to his boss, but committed to come back again.

Was very pleased with his service and explanation of the issues with our system. Were i wasn't pleased was on how the tech advised he was going to add 1 pound of freon to search for the leak then all of a sudden when he was done he advised that he added 8 pounds and then charged $600 dollars. He could have asked for our consent before adding the other 7 pounds and give further information as too why it was needed. I could have easily used that money towards the new unit we were already thinking of getting thru them none the less!!!🤬🤬

They have one of the worst drivers in San Antonio almost hit me twice on the road can’t believe yall hire people like this absolutely ridiculous I would never use yall service

Forgive me, I don’t remember the service techs name but he was prompt and thorough on our problem. Our house was having high humidity issues and the tech was able to adjust our unit for correct airflow based on our homes tonnage. (We have a new build home) He arrived early in the estimated window time frame, wore shoe covers inside the house and was respectful and friendly.

My AC went out and I called Climate Control. They sent someone out the same day and the tech was very professional and helpful. New unit being installed tomorrow. So far my experience is very positive.

The crew did a great job and worked very hard and diligently. Follow up has been outstanding. shout out to Lyndsay in the office for being so helpful during the process of installation, setting up city inspectors and helping with CPS rebate. Highly recommended Climate Control!

Thank you for your excellent service on a day we were freezing and you discovered a little more serious than expected. But the job was well done.

The technician was amazing! He was polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail that was wrong and what needed to be ordered, and climate control has great prices too!

Had a problem on Labor Day Weekend. They responded quickly with their emergency service. They had my A/C up and running in an hour. Very professional and courteous.

All. Went well with no problems noted. Filter was changed and no problems with carbon monoxide system or heating system. Servicicing people were friendly and thorough, which is always appreciated.

Tech Brandon did an excellent job. He fixed our AC problem. He was very polite and efficient. He answered our questions. We would be happy to have him when we have another problem

The technicians at Climate Control were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They completed the installation of a 4 ton unit both the outdoor heat pump in the system, which is in the attic in one day. They took their time, and were extremely efficient. When the installation was complete, they took their time to explain the new control pad, and assisted us with linking our phones to the controller. The next day Climate Control, sent another technician to inspect the work. I recommend this company to anyone looking for either a new system or air conditioner repair.
