On top of excellent service, the pricing was very fair, and I was given a 6-month warranty, which gave me even more confidence in the work performed.

Called them on Labor Day weekend after hours because I had an A/C unit that wasn’t cooling. They had someone at my house within 2 hours and rather than suggesting expensive repairs told me the problem was as simple as a clogged drain line that had triggered an automatic kill switch in the unit. They charged a VERY reasonable after hours service call and only $78 to blow out the line. My unit was up and running again in an hour.

Had these guys address a long standing issue we couldn’t get resolved. They were timely, had great communication, really fair pricing, and were the first ones to find and solve the problem. Very happy with their work.

I honestly was worried when my A/C company merged with Climate Control Heating & Air. Would I get the same great service? Would our tech be helpful and not look for ways to find something wrong to hit some quota? Would our system continue to perform great? Will it be cool in my house when it was hot outside and warm on the off chance it gets cold? I quickly learned is the Climate Control folks are great! The transition has been seamless and I am confident my system will work as it is designed, thanks to their help. Highly recommend!

Always do a great job testing and maintaining our equipment. Andrew is the best Tech, so we ask for him every time. He is also a nice guy to me and my wife.

I contacted climate control for a bid on duct work and the bid was more than I was willing to pay. I have extensive construction experience and thought that their prices were excessively inflated for the work to be done and have received bids at half of the price they quoted. I have computed the a bid of 2 guys for 8 hours each at 50 per hour and cost of the material based upon home depot prices at 800 dollars and their quote came in at over 300% profit. No city inspection costs. I have received bids at less than 1/2 of of their bids from AC techs with the same licensing. Make sure that you get the most bang for your buck. If I was 20 years younger and in better health I would do it myself for about 15 percent of the quoted cost. I am willing to pay fair pricing and have received bids at less than 1/2 of their bid for the same work and warranty on the materials and labor.

We had called our community contractor and they never showed up after we had dealt with A/C issues over the weekend. I called Climate Control and they sent someone same day. Leonardo was great to work with. He was very thorough, was very transparent with what our options were, and succinctly explained what our issue was. Thanks to him, our A/C is back to keeping our house cool in time for the heat. The overall cost was very reasonable compared to fees from our community contractor too. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing HVAC/AC issues in the San Antonio area!!

I have used Climate Control exclusively for over three decades. They have excellent prices on Trane Equipment. Their service is outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for either a purchase or service. Furthermore, I have dealt directly with the owner and by all accounts from my experience and his employees he is a very ethical and fair person.

I was very pleased to have service the same day I called. William checked the thermostats, the unit outside and the unit upstairs. He checked all the filters and advised me on the outcome and what it needed to start cooling our home. William was very thorough and professional and I was very thankful for his hard work.

We have been using Climate Control to service our a/c and heating ever since we bought a new unit many years ago. They had the warranty contract. They’ve been great. Technicians are knowledgeable and reliable and the company honored the warranty for a couple of repairs.

Wow!! Very impressed with the professionalism of Leo who came to investigate why our AC was not coming on. He methodically went through the HVAC system and was able to pinpoint the issues that were preventing the unit from working. He escalated appropriately and was able to get an additional technician to assist him in fixing the issue. He also was able to find a tiny wire that was not connected inside the smart thermostat. Throughout the process he keep me informed on what he was doing which also allowed me to become educated on our new system. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Climate Control Heating & Air came highly recommended by family and we have used them for in the past for system repairs. After several years of high electricity bills during the summer I decided it was time to upgrade our outdated A/C system. The inspector was very polite and professional. He inspected our entire system and worked up an estimate for replacement. We’re awaiting replacement now and expect the installation to be just as professional as our past experiences.

Raymond and David Jr. from Climate Control came out and adjusted all of the crooked vents. They were very professional, efficient, clean, and friendly. Awesome customer service.
