Very Nice young men, Billy and Justin came this morning to check out a AC water leak inside my house! Polite and courteous, explained what they found and are now working to fix it!
I was given options, no pressure!!

These guys are total scam artists! My parents AC randomly stopped working a few days ago, so they sent two dudes out to take a look, who then spent two hours trying to take my parents for a $20,000-$30,000 ride, by suggesting their entire AC system is faulty and needed to be replaced (which would also take several days, during a week with 90+ degree temps).

They only briefly suggested it could be due to a specific cheaper issue, but kept pushing the narrative that my parents would be throwing money away if they attempted the fix and it didn't work, and continually pushed them to schedule a full replacement, involving AC units upward of $30,000 for a home that's only 1,300 square feet.

I managed to convinced my parents to hold off and get a second opinion. We had another business come out that same day, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes at a cost that was essentially free by comparison, and even offered a full refund if it didn't work. And guess what? The AC has been working perfectly since.

That guy was amazing. Radiant is not.
Avoid Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning like the plague.

UPDATE: The owner replied below, and while I'm glad they seem to be taking this seriously, they misrepresented a key fact. The 5 "repair" options we were provided in writing all ranged from $15,000-$33,000!

The ONLY true "repair option" we were provided was the verbal one that they kept downplaying and pushing us away from, and was estimated at more than double the $250 price we paid someone else to take care of

Had some issues at first but was quickly reached out to by a manager carlos and he made sure everything was fixed and to my satisfaction I was happy with the work and service they did will differently use them again.

Hector was friendly and respectful of my home. He explained and provided me with different options regarding the water heater best for me.

Caution. I have over a $5,200 bill from a Water heater fix and pressure regulating valve install. I didn’t realize this was not a normal cost as I’m a new homeowner and not familiar with the cost of repairs. I’m still working out the details, but after requesting a breakdown of cost weeks ago, I still have not received.

Update : called once again today and finally received bill that gives services provided, but no breakdown on how much I was charged for each item.

He provided a thorough assessment with clear options and pricing. We decided to replace our water heater, and Hector got to work immediately. He removed the old unit, installed the new one, and had everything up and running in no time. Courteous, professional, and left the area spotless. Ac went out on a Friday night. I started calling folks the next morning and these are the only people that would help. Ordered part on Monday morning then informed me it would not be in until Friday. I told him this was a big problem because of the heat in the house so they delivered a portable unit on Tuesday. The part came in on Wednesday and they promptly came out and fixed my problem. they went way above what I expected a company to do.

Radiant plumbing caused $50k of water damage in our small 1400 square foot house by installing a water softener incorrectly. It’s been 4 months since the damage has been reported and our floors/walls are still ripped up. Absolutely HORRIBLE company and ZERO care if they cause damage to your house. STAY AWAY.

Radiant Technician Gunner Brown was thorough in His assessment especially HONEST! No maybe this or that...straight forward. I highly recommend Mr Brown who I determine UBER Excellent!

Set up appointment around 6or 7 pm Friday night they said they could be here Saturday morning. Showed up at 8 AM was done by 10 great work

Chris and Hector were great! They did the water heater flush quickly, cleared a problem with the garbage disposal, and tested everything before they left.

I received an advertisement in the mail and called for a winter furnace check. I had the tech come the next day. He checked for CO2 and gas leaks, he also cleaned everything to include the condenser coil outside. The tech was very knowledgeable and personable. I also elected to be a member that includes not only HVAC but plumbing too. Just what I needed. I would recommend this company to everyone.

this is now my go-to company for all my hvac & plumbing needs. i recently needed to completely change out my hvac system, and Radiant was the company i chose out of 3 other competitors. Something triggered my new hvac to completely freeze up. Billy was the technician who came out to repair my newly installed hvac system. and i cannot say enough about him!! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, had no hesitations to show me what he was doing and why. You know how some techs who come over can seem to be shady, pushy/annoyed or trying to upsell a component or service that isn’t necessary, well, Billy is the opposite. whoever is reading this.. i recommend y’all train/promote him to management!!! thanks Radiant!!!

Top notch service. Emergency hvac death after hours. Tech was scheduled for evening visit but unable to come due to concurrent emergency in San Marcos. Shift supervisor helped try to diagnose and reset over the phone, and scheduled tech for first am appointment. Jean and Ruben quickly diagnosed multiple problems, and Jean walked me through options from repair to replace. I ended up replacing with same day service by installers Travis and Ryan. Installers were excellent, professional, hard working, and educated me on my new system. I highly recommend this company.
