Ryan D. was our HVAC technician and came out to give us a second opinion on a repair. He was incredibly honest, thorough, and professional. Thanks to his expertise, he saved our family from a major (and unnecessary) expense. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days! We will absolutely be using this company for all future HVAC needs. If you’re on the fence about calling them — don’t hesitate! You’ll be glad you did.

Mr Wilson did a fantastic job! The
Sales team was on time and the owner even showed up to our appointment to introduce himself. They had easy financing options, made every appointment and installation easy and were thorough in their explanations. We asked a lot of questions and they answered them quickly and patiently. They gave us several AC options and helped us understand which machine would better suit our needs. Highly recommended.

They recently installed a system and made it affordable, and helped me with a pre-existing line issue with my old house. I even got to meet Mr. Wilson, he exists!

Such a wonderful company! Initially asked for second opinion but now it’s my to go company. Amazing customer service Sandra and Leah go above and beyond to help you out, schedule as fast as possible and try to solve all your problems. The technicians are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, give you best advice/ recommendations and resources! Other company wanted Arm and Leg and here I got fair price. First Adam came out did the Inspection, explained every detail of work they would perform and got me estimate also closed up a big gap in a duct that prior company just left open and air was shooting in the attic. Then couple days later I already had other technicians here fixing everything and let me tell you Javi and Shiloh did an excellent work! They worked with efficiency , very detailed oriented and thoroughly.

I took a little time to put my thoughts together before I expressed this review. I can not express the gratitude I have for the staff and the wonderful tech that came to serve me. From the moment I called the wonderful lady helped me with my questions and concerns till the time the work was preformed by the tech and thoroughly explained what the problems were. I was flabbergasted because I didn't know how to respond for for the great service, the quick action, and great communication I received. Not only they they go above and beyond, I mean they went way above and beyond. My AC is working phenomenal and I know who I'm calling again in the future. Thank you so very much for helping us out. Adrian was great! He came out for a routine system check and I explained an issue we were having with humidity in our home. He ran some checks and everything was functioning properly. But he took the time to investigate and discovered our system fan settings were set to factory default. So he made an adjustment to that. It is now a day later and we can see and feel the difference already. Thank you Adrian!!! It really made a big comfort difference. I have been doing business with Mr. Wilson for years now and I highly recommend them. They have never steered me wrong. Very honest business. Thank you so much !!

Javi and Shilah replaced an old outdated barely functioning AC unit at my residence on September 22nd. The new unit had to be reconfigured and was installed under extreme heat related conditions. The techs worked diligently all day keeping me updated on the progress of the instal up until all work was completed. I was very impressed their with hustle and attitude as they answered all my questions through out the day. Would strongly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

One of your drivers operating a company van hit my vehicle and continued driving without stopping. Before the incident, the driver was aggressively tailgating, blocking merges, and displaying clear road rage.
This behavior reflects poorly on your company and raises concerns about how this individual conducts themselves while representing your business.
*Update*
After further review of your social media I found the driver who's name is Adam and on the day of the incident he was driving the van with half the logo on the left door and the right door was all white. Licenses plate# NPF5807, this was on 1604 and Braun rd on ramp, 8ish am. I'm hoping he was just having a bad morning and isn't always disrespectful to women.

Adrian Rodriguez was on time and very polite. He went to check on the outside unit and noticed 🐝 in the power box we both backed away quick. I had wasp spray so he made sure we shut off the power before we sprayed. Once he saw the problem with the unit he showed it to me and explained it to me. Before he left he showed me the numbers on the unit efficiency. Should not have any more problems but it is an older unit it just needs some extra routine checks for us and know when to call for help. Very knowledgeable very polite. Glad he had what we needed in his truck. Thank you Adrian!

Both Eric and Roger were incredibly thorough and thoughtful from start to finish. They even made sure to lock the outside gate behind them so my fur babies wouldn’t get out — such a small thing, but it shows how much they care.
