I get text messages from this number periodically and the funny thing is to text you weird shit to my 14-year kind of crazy cuz they send me a thumbs up

Needed to replace a 36 yr old Trane AC and gas heater back in May. We spent 3 days getting quotes from Various Companies, half wanted to sell us what they wanted to sell us (wanted a2 or multi stage unit), the other half didn't even send over a quote or were way to high. As a last ditch we called afew other A/C Companies, Dilmak being one of them.

We ended up going with Dilmak and couldn't be happier. We originally wanted a Trane but we're offered quotes for what I requested and what they suggested ( comparable unit by Ruud). The team at Dilmak were not pushy, explained the differences in units and how those units would perform in my home. They were extremely patient, informative and professional. The install went great and quick, their team were able to move my outside unit to a new location and completely install in one day!!!!!

They stayed in contact through the whole process including assisting with CPS rebates and that process.

Today, 2 months later, I can't be happier, it's 102 degrees outside and my unit is keeping us at temp WHILE cycling through the day, even the neighbors are jealous 🙃

We won't be using anyone for our A/C and heating needs but Dilmak and will be recommending them to our family and friends when the need arises.

Follow up review:

I spoke with Dilmak on Friday and scheduled a Monday morning appointment. I received an ‘on the way’ text with photo of the technician, and a call confirming he would be at my home within minutes.

The service received remains equal to my first experience. The service tech, Rudy, was courteous, willing to listen to my concerns and then did his work in a very professional and respectful manner. I appreciate the way Dilmak conducts their business and the quality of their people.

First time customer treated like a 20 year customer. Prompt reply, a tech that even took the time to patiently explain the furnace system and possible failure points as I looked over his shoulder. Found the problem, tracked down part to my 23 year old furnace and made the repair as well as cleaning up sloppy wiring by other companies. Truly a pleasure doing business with them. Followed up after visit just to make sure I was satisfied and if there were any further questions. I experienced what ‘service’ should be.

June 3, 2024 I called on a Monday morning and within a couple of hours their technician Noah arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it and the pricing, and made the repair. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Thank you!

I recently discovered Dilmak Services while searching for an affordable and reliable company to work on my Air conditioning/heating system. ❤️ 😍 Not only did they are what I was looking for, but the office ladies were very friendly, informative and helpful and the technician who came was super informative and use simple terms when explaining what was happening, and on top of that the prices are very competitive.

Why I’m giving a five star this company is awesome. They come into your home. They don’t just tell you. You need a new system You have to change this right now. No, they don’t do that. They look at your option and say hey, we can try and fix this. See how far it gets you and then we can talk about another system company like that I will trust so for that I’m giving them a five star and if you call him about something, they’re right on top of it they don’t let you wait days. They’re like ASAP respond so thank you for a good customer service.

Have used this company for the last 2 years and they are always friendly and do great work. Whether it’s the office persons calling or the technician they’re always friendly, explain everything in detail and make sure I am set. Would recommend.

I'm so glad I called these people for my ac troubles. Their receptionist is top notch, takes accountability, extremely thorough and focused on keeping the customer satisfied. I must've had 10 calls with then over the last couple of days and each and every time she handles it with grace and delivers results! Same with their techs, took accountability and finally fixed my issue without over charging or price gouging. Keep up the honesty and transparency and you guys will have a forever customer!
