Derek was amazing! He was very thorough, explained what he would be doing and why he was doing it. He made reasonable recommendations for my system and offered solutions. I was pleased that he sent an estimate over for a new system without haggling me like other companies would. I am happy with the maintenance plan and looking forward to being serviced again in the future!

We have been using Dilmak Services for a few years now and will continue to do so. We also contracted with them to take care of my inlaws home in which they do an excellent job. The entire team communicates very well whether it be the office staff or service technicians and always very helpful.

On a Saturday within a couple of hours John Lopez arrived to fix my unit. He provided the quickest and best fix to get my unit running that day. My unit is old but he wasn't pushy or offered useless upgrades. He just did the job. I asked about other things but he said they weren't necessary. Will definitely use this company again.

Your van is driving sb on 281 between Spring Branch and Bulverde like a maniac. Speeding, changing lanes without signaling and following too closely. Can’t seem to stay on his lane. Now he is in the HOV lane with no one else in the van. Hope your service isn’t as haphazard.

Dilmak has exceeded my expectations from day one when my old ac unit gave out. They got me a new unit up and running immediately and have been consistent whenever I called with an issue. To anyone needing help with their ac unit please give Dilmak a call, They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They helped us through the summer. Our maintenance plan really paid for itself. All staff has been wonderful. Added a mini split into the bedroom. Our hottest room is now the coolest.

When my AC started going out at 17 years old, Dilmak helped me get it to limp along another year. When it finally bit the dust, they were on the top of my list to call! They weren’t the cheapest option, but they had the best product for the price vs the other guys’ cheaper HVAC units. I loveed the technicians. They worked constant from 10 AM - PM. Darren is good about getting things done on time. Chris was great at keeping up with everything that is needed. They are a great team.. Great team, I hope these get acknowledged for their good work.

Dilmak was the only company I could find after a year of searching that was willing to replace our old vent hood motor. They did the research and acquired the parts needed as well as installing it, which was more of a challenge than originally thought. However, they created the solution needed and the completed project was exactly on target. They were professional, kind, patient, and very neat. I will be using them again!!

I have a warranty, yet made to jump through a few hoops. This was very frustrating and it felt unnecessary to me. But they sent out a few techs who kind of figured out the problem. But, ultimately it was Anthony the expert A/C tech who finally fixed our issues. Because of him we are up and running. Our A/C gets colder now than before. So I thank Dilmak for sending him. If you need a technician please ask for Anthony if you want your A/C fixed properly.

Anthony was outstanding with my A/C repair! After several unsuccessful visits from other technicians, he came in with confidence, reassured us he’d find the problem, and he did. Even though it took multiple trips to fully fix, I was only charged for the first call, which made the whole experience so much easier. Dilmak has fair pricing, a great maintenance program, and if you need service, I highly recommend asking for Anthony—he truly delivers!

The technician, Joseph Munos, does outstanding work. He was very thorough in his maintenance work and explained everything that he was doing. He even took photos to help explain the areas of concern. We were extremely pleased with his pleasant manner, and high expertise of his job!

Air Dynamics sent Bill over to my house to repair my A/C system. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the diagnosis process and explained each part of the A/C. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.
