I’ve been using this company for about three years and unfortunately my recent experience was disappointing. I repeatedly called about a loud noise coming from my outdoor AC unit, and the technician (Brenin) came out several times but never properly identified the issue. During those visits, I was frequently recommended additional services costing around $1,000, and on the most recent visit I was told the entire compressor needed to be replaced for roughly $6,000 — yet the actual source of the noise still wasn’t clearly diagnosed.
After the issue continued, I decided to get a second opinion from another company (Veterans Air). Their technician located the exact cause of the noise within minutes, clearly explained what was wrong, and fixed it immediately for a very reasonable price.
I understand HVAC companies are businesses and major repairs are sometimes necessary, but customers should receive accurate diagnostics, transparent explanations, and professional service. As a long-time customer, I expected better troubleshooting and a more customer-focused experience.

Great service!! I highly recommend. I'm currently staying at an Airbnb and unfortunately the A/C system failed us during our stay. The owner called Air & Plumbing Today and they had someone out first thing the next morning. I received appointment updates from the owner of the property letting me know their ETA and a photo of who was coming for my own safety. Mr. Frank arrived promptly and diagnosed the situation. Sadly it resulted in a new unit being required which luckily the owner knew could be the case. They immediately made a 2nd appointment for same day service to replace the entire unit. The team which included Mr. Frank, Kayleb, and Jeremy. I work from home and I was able to observe the entire process. The team was quick, efficient, polite, and most importantly respectful not only to me, but each other. I've never heard "Yes Sir" so much in a day, which shows the level of professionalism and respect they have at this company and towards each other. Not once did I hear the word "Bro" lol. Kayleb explained all the necessary details of the process throughout the project, even showed me how to use the thermostat which was clearly new to me and more advanced than the one I had been using during my stay. They tested the system multiple times to ensure it was good to go before they left. 24 hours later I'm happy to report we not only have used the A/C but also the heat and it works wonderful.

Everyone at Air & Plumbing Today was great. From the time I called to make an appointment to the job being done, everyone went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Orlando and Roger were very professional and kept us in the loop at every stage of the project and always went above and beyond with their service. Very happy.

I can’t say enough positive things about Air&Plumbing Today! I used their plumbing service to complete a pressure test on the system. Roger was a true professional and completed the job in around an hour. I trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone who has a need. Honest, fair, and trustworthy!!

We had a fantastic experience with our purchase and installation process of two complete systems with Air Today on 9 Dec 2025. The technician that came out to do a routine servicing (Jordan), helped identify some major issues with our systems and provided a multitude of options to fit our heating and cooling needs. He was thorough, helpful, diligent, and informed and provided great follow-though.
Then came the installation day of our two required systems...we really can't say enough about their work ethic. We've always been hard workers ourselves...and to see this crew work together as a closely knit team, not even a lunch break, you could truly see the dedication of the guys...and was great to see. They were experienced, considerate, and very very personable. The crew we had were Jacob, Anthony, Justin, and Orly. I really can't say enough good things about them...they are all great representatives of Air Today. From the Lead Jacob to their youngest of the crew Orly...they all gave their best! Thanks for the exceptional service.

Brandon first came out to our house to check our issues with our ac unit. He provided, IMO, very good advice, didn’t try to oversell me on anything, seemed very honest and knowledgeable, he even suggested not replacing items that I felt needed to be replaced, I really appreciated that. Other companies were quick to suggest replacing everything.

Day of AC installation, Juan R. and Allen showed up on time and ready for work. They were super professional, nice company vehicle, uniforms, super cordial, respectful of property and super hardworking. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process asked me if I had any questions. Super impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and hard working abilities. Also notable was the company’s support. A manager, Josh, showed up to check on them… he was super nice, checked on his workers and also checked with me to see if I was satisfied … just well done and super nice guy. I also had text messages from the initial advisor to see how things were going with installation and to see see if I was satisfied with everything so far… super impressive… Juan and Allen cleaned up everything very well when they were done, left it cleaner than it was before they stared lol. Great job, would definitely recommend this company!

I called because my hot water heater had a leak in a connecting pipe. I had already been told my system was not up to code. I also had a leak at the hot water connection to the washer. The water softener was not working well. I expected the worst.

Roger and Angel came to my rescue! At first glance, they just look like young kids. But they definitely knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. Roger explained why the pipe sprung a leak and what I needed to do to prevent it. He also Informed me about my water softener. I definitely need a water softener in San Antonio. They made an estimate. It was very reasonable for everything that I needed.

Roger and Angel were very professional. They were respectful, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me what they did and explained everything. They sent pictures to my email. They made sure everything was OK and I was satisfied before they left. I am so impressed with these kids and this company. You don’t find service like this anymore. I highly recommend them!

I used Air1st for the first time this past week based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I was impressed to the tenth degree. My technician, Homero, showed up with a great attitude and ready to work. My problem was not as bad as I anticipated it to be. Yet, Homero treated me as if I was his only customer for the day and gave me pointers along the way. I was amazed at the level of service Air1st offers.
