We paid a significant amount of money nearly two months ago for this job, and it still has not been completed.

Since the air purification system was installed, my entire family has been sick for over three weeks. We notice that we become especially stuffy and congested after spending extended time in the house, particularly in the mornings. This was not an issue prior to the installation.

Based on our experience, we believe the system may be excessively removing humidity from the air, which has negatively affected our health and comfort. Unfortunately, due to the incomplete work and ongoing health concerns, we would not do business with this company again.

Our experience was outstanding. The company was very professional from the office all the way through the process. We could tell the difference after they left. Worth every bit of the investment. The follow up has been amazing.

I first met Matthew, from IAQ, who came to my home to inspect my air vent issues. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and unfortunately confirmed that I had mold in my air handling equipment. He was patient and answered all my questions. His crew came to my home, prepared my home by covering everything necessary and got to work. Matthew was there to check the work done and they left my house clean. Friendly crew and hard workers. After a horrible experience with another company that left us with inferior work and unresolved problems, we contacted the IAQ Experts. Alejandro from IAQ visited us promptly. He checked all our ducts, took many pictures, explained what was done incorrectly (everything what the other company did was not done properly or was ignored though it was necessary), presented a very detailed plan on how to take care of our ducts, how to perform the whole home HVAC cleaning, make necessary replacements with new duct board to ensure a proper seal and structural integrity, install Solaris IAQ Air purifier, and so on. We were highly impressed by his knowledge and precision in providing detailed information about the work the IAQ team would perform and the warranty it offered. The very next day, a team of five workers came to our house to perform the work. They worked very hard to finish the job the same day. In the meantime, the IAQ manager/owner came to check the progress. We are delighted with the quality and professionalism of the work the IAQ provided, and we recommend this company by giving them an A+ rating.

Bought my 20 year old house five years ago. I called IAQ to do an inspection on my air ducts and unit. After the evaluation, I scheduled a cleaning and was blown away by the results. The amount of dust buildup that was removed from the ducts was incredible. I also installed some of their components for the unit and have noticed my Filters aren’t near as dirty as they used to be. Highly recommend.

When I received the quote I was told that because of the size of the house that they would send two crews out. Instead only one crew of 4 came out and it ended up taking 12 hours to get done. In preparation for this I had my wife and in-laws take my daughter out for the day. For most of the day I stayed downstairs while they worked up stairs. About 7 hours later they told me that upstairs was done. I went to check on everyone and noticed a large wet red stain on the carpet. When I showed it to the lead he tried to clean it but it didn’t come out. They also damaged the walls when moving their equipment around. I called the company and share my concerns and the first thing their manager said to me was that their crew only drinks water and that maybe my daughter spilled it. I was furious! He was extremely rude and made every excuse that someone else did it. I asked how would that be possible when no one was home all day. After going back and forward he hung up and called one of the crew member and I guess told him to go take pictures. They finally agreed to send out a carpet cleaner the next morning. They the carpet cleaning expect came out and the first thing he said to me what how bad it was and that when they tried cleaning it they damaged the carpet fibers. He said he could remove the stain but now the carpet will look worn there. And well after 30mins he was done and the stain was clean but it looked worn and different. Absolutely unacceptable. This was a $4,000 job!

We called IAQ after another company ran a bait and switch attempt on us for clearing out our dryer vent/duct. IAQ was upfront in their pricing, showed up as promised and quickly set to work. Their team was professional and competent. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

IAQ Experts truly live up to their name. After receiving multiple quotes for a large-scale AHU (Air Handler Unit) cleaning in my downtown commercial building—including the supply room, hot and cold coils, and return room—I ultimately chose IAQ. While their proposal was on the higher end, the value they delivered made it well worth the cost.

They conducted two site visits and were extremely flexible in coordinating around both my schedule and the schedules of my nine tenants in our downtown San Antonio building. On the day the cleaning was set to begin, we encountered last-minute permitting issues. IAQ’s team went above and beyond, working quickly to secure the proper permits so the project could proceed without unnecessary delays.

It was refreshing to work with a small business that clearly takes pride in their craft. Their team communicated consistently, kept me informed of their progress, and left the work areas cleaner than they found them. IAQ is a perfect example of prioritizing quality over a cheaper alternative.

The people who came to do estimate were very friendly and polite and were very thorough, informative and were not pushy. They answered all questions and explained what would be done.
The team that came out to clean duct work, were super friendly but very professional. Worked all day and did every thing that was on job estimate plus a couple of other items. Their supervisor came out to check on progress and checked with me if all was going well.

Shaun Billings, owner of IAQ personally came to oversee repairs of the mold damage caused by a leaking AC unit. Not only did he clean and remove the mold and fully restored the damaged, but sent us photos and videos of their process at every step. This is the first time I had such great, consistent follow up from a contractor! Quality work and personable service with compassion! We will definitely go with IAQ services again in the future! IAQ and Shaun Billings’ staff were excellent to work with. They came in and gave us great information and great options to work with our budget and what our family needed more importantly. Our home was built in 1973 and we bought it in 2022, since being the new owners we hadn’t done any cleaning to our ducts or ac and it needed it. The pictures and videos provided during our inspection showed us why and how our home was constantly dusty and reason why we sneezed so much. All the dander and dust particles we were breathing in and living in was not good. We ended up going with the standard package and added on the Fiberlock anti-microbial seal with the Solaris Air purifier and UV light stick. From the first night we had it installed and cleaned we could tell the difference in how it smelled in our home , it never smelled dirty (or to us it didn’t) but since then it smells sanitized or cleaner. With two kids in the home 13 and almost 3 year old it’s important to us that they breathe in the best kind of air possible. We are very satisfied and Shaun has personally reached out via phone multiple times to make sure we are satisfied or had any questions. After we had our service done we found out my mother had IAQ service her house few years ago and we didn’t know she had the same experience. If you’re looking to better your living environment give them a try with at minimum a inspection. They will give you all the info you need to set yourself and family up for success. God bless

roger and his crew did a fantastic job sweeping and repairing my chimney. i don’t usually write reviews, but i felt this was worth it. i'm pretty particular about home services, but after roger completed the crown repair, i was really happy with both the quality of work and how professional everyone was. i’ll definitely call them again for future chimney cleaning and recommend them to friends, too.
