Hadn’t use the fireplace in our home since our purchase years ago so we figured we should get it swept and looked at it before. We scheduled and Niro and Daniel showed up the next day. Super nice guys and very personable. Niro and Daniel started out the inspection and cleaning then going into detail with the repairs needed to make our fireplace safe to use. Never felt pressured to say yes or get a service I didn’t want or felt I needed. They ultimately explained it all and we agreed to the work, was done the same day and were just waiting on everything to dry up before putting our fireplace to the test. Super excited and the whole experience was smooth besides some hesitation on our part due to financial restraints since most home projects are expensive but we gotta do what we gotta do sometimes to maintain a home.
