A man Named "Jonathon" not sure if he's the Owner or Worker, scolded me for calling and hung up on me. Not Professional at all and I would NOT recommend dealing with this Company.

Avoid this contractor at all cost. Loyal is not loyal in any way, they do not tell the truth and they do not properly respond. No commitment whatsoever to get the work done. Absolutely horrible experience.

Really bad service from the owner Jonathan, lack of efficiency working with him. Not recommended at all! He doesnt know anything about his own job or can even provide any certain update on the status of the work. Lack of communication and service!

It seems Impossible to find An honest AC guy anymore! Mr. John is all that and more! He would much rather get my unit up and running if he can before pushing and pressuring me into buying a whole new one. I’d give him 10 stars if it were possible. ThNks again man

Great great great service! My AC went out at night time and loyal got out to us with in the hour. He didn’t push me to replace it. He diagnosed it and fixed it easy!

Tech sent out as part of a home warranty service request, should be a quick fix but has to submit diagnostic report to warranty company to get part ordered. A month later, crickets!!!!

Called this company after another company completely screwed up my AC. Came out on time. Had the parts. Fixed and now the house is cool again. With the other company I had a 1 month wait. Wish I had called these people earlier. Highly recommend to anyone

So the shop was closed for 2.5 weeks for a funeral. You should close open work orders before you go for 2.5 weeks. No concern for others. No reply to text from customer, no replies to AHS. No nothing. Horrible customer service. Do better.

Tech quoted over 2k in expenses that were NOT covered by home warranty. Which they were! Then told us he needed half up front From us and it would be 7-10 days for us to get ac running again. We could tell it was all because we use home warranty and he didn’t want to deal with them. We were basically discriminated against for using our home warranty!!!!! Treated us like 2nd class citizens too! Just terrible!!!!

John was amazing. Showed up right away. Very friendly and informative. Fixed our problems. A true professional. If any problems arise for myself or people I know. I’m sending them to John at Loyal Home Services.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with any HVAC or any service company for that matter. John was great at explaining things to me and had a wealth of knowledge not only on AC but even many other things. I will definitely be recommending Loyal to anyone who is looking for quality work and customer service.

COMPLETE SCAMMER, STAY AWAY! Jonathan was quick to reply to service call from American Home Shield. He showed up the very next day and quickly (and correctly) diagnosed the problem (dead blower motor). He then proceeded to verbally quote $1,400 in fictitious charges and demanded payment before he would do any work. I wasted a week waiting for him to submit his report and/or give me a written estimate, but his strategy is to drag his feet and delay. Eventually switched to another contractor, paid ZERO additional charges. In short, Jonathan is a scammer, most of his other reviews must have been written by family/friends.
