It looks like a trend (scam) just like everyone else on here. We had submitted a warranty claim and they sent Loyal. When the rep let us know the motor was burned out and wasn't spinning so we needed a new one. "You can order one from the company but it takes weeks or I can just sell you one and put it in today". It was my mothers house and 90 degrees so we agreed. After 3 trips and $2200 they got it working barely and now less than 2 months later it's broken again and no surprise they haven't returned any of our call.

Worthless.

My 3 ton system stopped cooling. American Home Shield sent Loyal Home Services promptly. Loyal tech Johnathon diagnosed the problem in ten minutes and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Which is great since it's August in South Texas. Thanks Johnathon!

I echo the previous review. They looked at the AC unit and said the compressor was bad but that it was preexisting, even though it's only 5 yrs old. I even had a company (sent by CPS) in Aug that said everything was good. I spoke with the owner (he seemed disinterested), and he stuck by his tech. They told the warranty company that it was preexisting. I would not contact them again!!

I would be weary of any five star review that this company has received. I would like to echo the reviewers that reported that this company does a fantastic job of finding gaps to ensure your repair is not covered under warranty. I was charged more than $500 for a "mod" to an air conditioning motor. Which seemingly took all of five minutes to accomplish. In addition to this I was told that my second unit needed a replacement part that would result in me paying more than $4000 dollars out of pocket as he declared a 15 year old machine "defective from the factory". After refusing to have that machine worked on, my warranty company (AHS) sent out another company for a second opinion, where they found no issues on that unit. Additionally, they stated that Loyal Home Services installed the replacement part on my repaired unit in a manner that may result in the motor failing prematurely. If your warranty company assigns Loyal Home Services to you, I highly recommend that you make them get you another company. This company lacks honesty and integrity.

My home warranty dispatched Loyal Home Services after I requested A/C service for my upstairs unit. My Ecobee thermostat lost power, and the screen was black. Loyal Home Services promptly reached out to me. They could not reach me because of my schedule, but they kept trying until they did. They promptly scheduled a visit. When the service provider arrived, he was courteous but all business. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it within fifteen minutes. I thanked him for his service. And he was on to the next service call. I highly recommend Loyal Home Services!

I was talked into getting an A/C replacement and came to find out the installation was not correctly done after having another contractor come inspect what was causing water damage to my ceiling (picture attached). Also, during the secondary inspection, they found the exhaust for the heater was not installed properly which could have killed my family if it was ever turned on. I have attempted to get them to return and complete the installation; however, after being ghosted/ignored multiple times I am posting this review.
Update: The boss came out and fixed the system himself. Glad it was him to make sure the job was corrected.

The fan motor on my very old AC unit went out. The technician showed up on the same day (which was great since it was 17% outside).
The job was done very poorly. After paying AHS $85 for the service call and Loyal Home Service $1400 for a new motor, the cage was shaking so much that you could hear the noise throughout the house. The main noise unfortunately goes into my bedroom. The heat kicked on at midnight and shocked me out of my sleep with the loud noise.
I phoned the technician the next day, he told me that he cleaned it as much as he could and there was nothing else that could be done. Due to so much built up dust the cage was not balanced and he has done all he can. I also called American Home Shield since they sent him to my home and they were just concerned that he got the heat working (Job done correctly was not a concern!)
I had to turn the electricity from the unit off, detach the cage with motor on my own, and clean the built up dust from the blades on the cage (which had not been cleaned as I was told). There was so much dust that it looked like a blanket of lint. The cage had years of built up dust and some had fallen off causing the cage with motor to become unbalanced. AFTER I CLEANED IT, The shaking stopped (which took care of some of the noise). It is still loud (probably due to a bad motor). So, I am out of my money and have to live with the noise until I can save money to buy a new AC system from any other company other than Loyal Home Services!

Unfortunately for me, this is a lesson learned and I will move on. Hope this helps when making a decision when hiring this company (and American Home Shield).

TX Builder did a fantastic job on our attic cleaning. Tony is professional and provides all the details of the project. He is very responsive to any questions we have and works tirelessly with us to find solutions to our concerns. The team of four removed the old insulation from the attic and did a terrific job installing the insulation, putting plastic barriers, and leaving our garage clean. Great customer service! Came out to check gas fire place and made a minor adjustment and didn’t charge me.

Dan was extremely friendly and professional. He clearly explained what needed to be done in our chimney and proceeded to accomplish the work. He also climbed on our roof, took the before pictures, shared them with us, returned to close the opening. Dan kindly brought us the after pictures.
We definitely be calling Dan back to our home to keep our chimney clean as well as recommend this company! Dan was wonderful!!! Thank you TX Builder!

Dan did a great job inspecting and cleaning our fire place and took the time to teach me how to use it.

Mr. Yogel did an excellent job cleaning our chimney. The fireplace was cleaned afterwards.

I should say thank you for all the Attic group and their very good company…congratulate for their management for having very awesome employees , they were on time , they cleaned all the AC , I was had a problem with the AC area , always smell so bad now with the good job that guys did for my house I have a so peaceful place😊i recommend them 100% again thank you 😊
